SUMMARY: A group of young superheroes find themselves fighting to pick up where their parents left off when they are unexpectedly murdered. As our heroes try to figure out their new circumstances they find themselves in, a dark force rises to stop the next generation from taking over.
Sequence One
“Time To Protect The World”
After the destruction of the Hero Academy and the death of the world’s superhero team The Justice Force, Junior superheroes Guard, Energa, Circuit, and Chronos, must take up their fallen mentor's mantle as defenders of Metro City. But with the mounting pressures of being teenagers, expectations of their worth and the growing pains of becoming the world’s newest superhero team, will this quartet survive their stint as the world’s superhero team, or die trying?
Characters:
Kenny Hudson/Guard (17): Stubborn, yet determined member of this new generation of the Justice Force. Not really a fan of taking the lead and more of a solo act, Guard must get over his diversion of being with others and start learning to work as a unit with his friends.
Powers: None. But has been trained in many forms of martial arts so he is definitely able to lay a smackdown on some gnarly villains.
Cecily Kornell/Wicca Energa(17): Optimistic is the greatest way to describe Cecily, however don't let that fool you. She can be a force to be reckoned with and a powerful ally if you don't piss her off. After the fall of the original Justice Force, Cecily readily agrees to picking up the mantle of defender of Metro City with her friends. A decision that may lead her to her ultimate destiny.
Powers: With the ability to harness the earth's energy, Cecily can not only create life source energy, but in recent has learned she can take it away. From plants, from animals. From humans. She was practicing to focus that energy into a physical form and is now able to develop the ability to create barriers against others attacks
Jeremy Michaelson/Circuit (17): From the outside perspective he seems like the world’s biggest dick, but underneath all the sass and snark, Jeremy is the nicest guy who would go out of his way to help people. After the fall of the hero academy, Jeremy steps up and helps his friends take on this brave new world, but with his personal and superhero lives colliding more, he realizes that a choice will need to be made.
Powers: Affected by his anorm abilities, Jeremy has become a technopath. He can interface/communicate with any and all electronics. He also has the ability to warp inside of the internet however he has a limit of 4 hours before he must escape. Otherwise he’ll be trapped.
Devin Connors/Chronos (17): From a young age, being a hero is all Devin wanted. With his mother trying to keep a roof over their heads, Devin kept up with studying, taking care of his brother, and saving the world all thanks to his ability of jumping backwards in time. With it he was able to stay on top of everything in his life and excelled in the academy as one of their top students. After the academy falls, Devin rally’s this ragtag group to become the NEW Justice Force. But with his mentors and the academy gone, Devin must now put all his training to good use in order to survive.
Powers: Affected by his Anorm abilities, Devin gains the ability of chronokinesis. He can rewind, fast forward, and manipulate time any way he sees fit. Before he gained somewhat control, he could only go backwards in time for 30 seconds, but now he can go back in time maybe 5 or 6 minutes at a time. Any longer and he might tax out his body to the point he might pass out or worse.
Sequence One Recurring Characters:
Aqualass/Carrie Flowers (17): An old classmate and friend of Cessily and Kenny. She used to be friends with them, but once she started hanging out with the Elementals, she didn't need them anymore. Was last seen fleeing the Academy with the elementals after the explosion
Powers: Affected by her “Anorm” abilities , Carrie developed the ability of Hydrokinesis. With that ability she is able to control and manipulate water.
Desmond Black (45): Former Benefactor for the Justice Force. Has been missing since the explosion. Considered a high value target.
Warp (23): A thief who likes to taunt and harass Guard. Although the two are normally at odds, Warp and Guard could be considered allies. Although, Warp wishes it could be more.
Powers: An Anorm with the power to open a portal to any location in the world so long as he knows where he is going.
