The VPN has also released artwork for episodes 7-19. And executive producer, Chris Davis, has decided to give his voice on what to expect. Check it out!
"The seventh episode, Awakened, takes place three weeks after the mindblowing mid season finale, where you'll get to really see the aftermath of everything," he confirms, "there'll be a major turning point by episode's end, thats sort of a big game changer, and as previous issues are being solved, new ones begin to surface." He went on to say that he promises a good triangle beginning with Chloe, Oliver and Bruce, and that no character is left behind. "Everyone's there, and no one is pushed to the side for another character's spotlight, its all focussed tightly on the crew." Concluding, he told us that Helena & Chloe's friendship, and Perry/Chloe's work relationship will enter another level, thats new for them both.
"This episode sells itself. Two-Face vs Jean Loring, with Bruce Wayne on trial for a murder that he may or may not have commited," he laughed, "I'm really excited that the show is going down this route for Bruce's character. This half of the season is very heavy on his character, but what's surprising is, in the end, the big shock isn't even about him." Davis concluded his tease, saying Perry gets some information from an anonymous source, who he believes to be Watchtower, that he publishes to the paper, making him a direct target for Two-Face. "He wants to believe in Watchtower so badly, and although disappointing for him, its funny once he learns it wasn't Watchtower sending him the story to print."
"This episode concludes Bruce's spotlight, with a very powerful episode for him," Davis teases, "not only will he be tested, but this Archer (from the DC Comics Universe), has decided Bruce needs to prove himself worthy of the fortune bestowed upon him, and these challenges go towards that." Executive Producer, Chris Davis, went on to say that the episode reminds him of a cross between Smallville's Roulette, and Mercy. "Its obvious certain elements are taken from those two episodes, not to mention the 'saw' movies, with that twisted way of helping our characters see the light. And what is so great about this episode, is that we're definately going to see Bruce take that one step closer to becoming Batman."
