In this board, you can talk about virtual shows that have aired on VPN or any other virtual series network!
This is also a good place to discuss your more, underdeveloped pitches and ideas for shows.

I was thinking about doing a pitch for the cancelled series Dark Angel. For those who have no clue what it is, its based around the life of a X-5 super human by the name of Max. She is trying to live her life while also trying to hide from Manticore, the place that she and other X-5's escaped from. Its really something and i wanna get some thoughts on it.

Yeah, I believed so aswell. I was watching season two premiere and it was amazing. The concept, the action, it was just perfect and I cannot believe it did not get a season three. There was so many elements top pick off of and that made it so unique, because you could always have a different storyline. Especially after the break out of all genetically engineered humans, Jessica Alba was fantastic in it. May have been her best role on television for me.

I was thinking about doing a pitch for the cancelled series Dark Angel. I also believe the idea of a Dark Angel continuation would be interesting. Me being some what of a fan. (I haven't seen every episode yet), I think it probably deserved a better ending, and a hell of a lot more seasons and if someone if willing to give us that, than...go for it.

So anyone from the old site would remember the pitch that I posted for "Outbreak" my zombie based series about the end of the world and it being taken over zombies, anyways I'm rebooting but differently with a much larger cast and I can't decide if the main character who's a girl about 23ish should have a little brother I went with Steven R.McQueen from The Vampire Diaries or have a little sister I wanted Willa Holland from The OC which do you think would be interesting?

I'm thinking of doing a continuation to "The X-Files" (once I finish the entire series on DVD, that is) and pretending like "I want to believe" never happened.

I was thinking about making a vs' for Fray. Casting of Mel will probably change. Right now, it's Natalie Portman which probably isn't the best choice.

I seriously can't wrap my head around how some of you manage to work on multiple virtual series. I've only got one and I'm finding it hard enough as it is to find time to write episodes for it, let alone for another couple of shows on top of that! Having said that though, I have LOTS of undeveloped ideas stashed away in a folder in my room that I would really love to turn into virtual series....

I'm in the middle of developing a new show, just for the hell of it. I've been wanting to write a "vampire" type series for quite some time - I had a lot of fun attempting to tackle Joss Whedon's creations ("Angel," "Buffy," "Faith"), and have always wanted to try creating my own characters and mythlogy set in a "supernatural" universe. Basically, it'll be about a woman introduced into this supernatural world after falling victim to it. Its about her journey after her eyes have been opened to see the "real world" so to speak. Through this, we'll come across a wide range of supporting characters, with a season-long "big bad" threaded through who is tied to the tragedy that led her life to where it is now. At the moment, I'm writing the pilot in-between writing Watchtower, and I'm really liking what I've got so far. If I manage to get the pilot done, I might pitch it. But I doubt I'll be running another series until Watchtower is finished, or until I have a team of writers who I can trust to keep the show going in my absence. But yeah, just thought I'd post. Now I'm off to bed...

I think a Fray series could definately work. The only negative thing about it is that I'll have to accept the fact that Buffy is gone - which I know its years into the future, but it'd still be hard to see the universe continuing without her. But as for everything else, Fray has interesting characters, and is set in an interesting world, so if that's captured in the series, then I'm all for it.

I can't wait to hear more about it! XD maybe take a look at the pilot when it's completed,

Jack, the teaser you showed me was AMAAZZING! I can't wait to see more, but judging from that teaser, I think the show will be EPIC whenever you decide to make it!

You're feedback is always taken to heart as you're like the best script writer I know. So thanks! I just hope its something that eventually gets finished

I've got an idea for a crime/mystery series within the same universe as "INCEPTION." Debating on whether I should develop it more, or bury it into my unconscious mind.

I remember a while back, I was planning on doing a TV show called "The Hollow" which would take elements from Buffy and Vampire Diaries...I had no idea where the show would go...but it would've been bad haha
