I was so pissed that they killed off: Aiden. I would have rather them killed off Josh because that kid annoys me. To me Josh is the Tyler of The Originals and like Tyler he needs to go. In my opinion. Lol. Aiden was definitely my favorite new character added this season. Him and Freya. I really hope they keep Freya beyond this season. As for Nina, I totally agree with you. I think Elena's character has done all there is to do with a character. I was excited earlier in this season when they had her somewhat interested in that human medical student and her becoming a doctor. I thought that was kind of a cool road to go down but now with Damon back I feel like they forced her character into her old habits. I would love to see Bamon finally happen!! Anyone else? Lol. Hopefully the powers-that-be see that Caroline and Bonnie are equal opportunists and can be the lead females they need. I would hate for them to introduce some new lead female and for Bonnie and Caroline to be pushed to the wayside.

Tottally i hated that they did that! I was looooving that couple and i wanted them to be happy but it just wasn't meant to be i guess. They need to do that bitch in! And tootally. I was actually liking her as she seemed like she was becoming her own character in the beginning and that changed of course with Damon having came back and ruined it. I totally ship Bamon too! i was an delena fan in season 1-3...then they got together and it seemed like they just lost the chemistry. I totally think Bonnie and Damon could actually be better and more interestng. And totally no new female! they tried that with April and now Sarah...just dont work haha.

I like Dahlia. I think her character is pretty badass. I wish she would have killed someone else, but still a badass character. I still blame Esther for all this. Lol. Somewhat victim or not. It's her fault. HAHA! I was totally a Delena fan too, long before they became an item. Lol. But I am officially over it. Bring on the Bamon. However, how funny was that Scene with Caroline, Matt and Tyler. Lol. I would totally win Caroline Trivia. Lol. I actually don't mind Sarah. As long as they're not using her to replace Elena as a lead female, I could get on board with her staying a bit longer. Lol. I mean clearly she can't date either one of them so that's a plus. HAHAHA!

Nina leaving is a surprise. It makes me curious as to where the show will go from there as that will be one hell of a shake up. I suppose Stefan could always move on with Caroline but I hope this exit means that Damon will get his mojo back as he's been a little whipped lately ever since he got hooked up with Elena.

Alright so the Finale aired. My head is spinning. My heart is broken. Must be May. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILER SPOILERS But seriously, with Nina leaving, it's going to improve the show for me. She's seriously has been the heart and the driving force for the show for six years. Now the writers have the challenge of her not being there. Like from the spoilers we have gotten, Damon is going dark again (thank god, I love Dark Damon), Bamon Friendship (AMAZING. Everyone blame VPN Member Jack Malone for making me ship that), Steroline, new big bads!! BIG BADS. Not just one. I just hope they can live up to Kai, cause Kai has been the best big bad since Katherine died. And now with this cliffhanger of Mystic Falls looking like a War-Zone. Holy CW. This is something I never thought the TVD writers would pull. We've never gone this far forward in the show. According to Julie Plec, the flashforward will be explained but also what leads up to it as well. So this means we'll be getting a season from where we left off in the finale, Elena has just been locked away in the Salvatore Tomb and everyone had said goodbye. We will also get the development of the Heretic Vampires, Lily and Enzo (Also, finally Enzo has a purpose on the show, like honestly, if he just stays evil, I'm fine with it). And then we could get FLASH (Tuesdays on the CW) FORWARDS to what we saw in the Cliffhanger. My Guess with that Cliffhanger is that it wasn't the Heretics. While it very well could be, I think it's too predictable. S6 of TVD really brought me back as to why I loved the show, the plot twists and shocking turns the show took. Kai was a great villain. Bonnie's storyline was great. Caroline turning off her Humanity and forcing Stefan to do the same. The backstory of Liv and Luke and how they were connected to Kai. Also the Heretic Vampires, something we never thought possible, is happening. And that Finale was just the icing on the cake. So in my opinion, S6 was a great season, best I've seen in a while. But now with all these possiblities for S7, and all the stories that are still to be told. I'm just damn excited to see what's coming. So thats my review for the season. I would give it an 8/10. There were some moments I didn't like, but also loved so much that I sobbed like a baby (6x15: Liz's Funeral) And Elena's final scene with Damon, reminded me why I love Delena. That was just beautiful. What do you guys think? I wanna know so we can all talk about it!

NOW For the Originals. WHAT A GREAT SEASON! HONESTLY! SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERSSo the Originals had a rough start in S1 in my opinion. But towards the end, finally separated itself from the Vampire Diaries. I think what makes the Originals so great, the Family aspect and the war for power. With the Vampire Diaries its a never ending love story, with the Originals, its a never ending war. Klaus, I still can't forgive him for Aunt Jenna, is fighting for New Orleans to make is safe for his daughter. And then we find out about this deal Esther made with her sister Dahlia. LIKE DAHLIA WAS SUCH A COOL VILLAIN. We had the threat of her looming all season and then when she showed up it was great.
One thing that surprised me the most this season, I like Finn. Even though he is gone now and inside an amulet to come back when he is needed, he was still great. And now we get this amazing actor in the main cast. Another character I fell in love with was Freya. It was nice, for a long time TVD fan for myself, learning more about the Original family and learning about the child that Mikael and Esther lost before they came to Pre-Mystic Falls. And its nice to see that what she's wanted all along, is a family.
And Rebekah this season was great. Maisie pulled her off so well and it was nice in the finale to get Claire back, while also being able to keep Maisie. And I also found myself liking Kol in Daniel Sharmen's body, but thats a whole other story. Just this season was great and wrapped everything up. I'm not sure what S3 holds but I feel like with Hayley now stuck with the curse of only being Human once a month and being separated from her daughter, is going to cause a huge fall out when she comes back fulltime, ready to get back at Klaus for what he did.

7x01: Day One of Twenty Two Thousand, Give or Take Now, I have been a TVD fan since the start on September 10th 2009. And after six years, we lost one of the three mains. Nina left to persue movies and we had to say goodbye to Elena Gilbert. At least for 60 years and then we'll see her again. #BringElenaBack2k75. But the S7 premiere brought along many new problems, including those of something we never thought possible. The Heretics or WitchPires. Vampire/Witch hybrids. Now I was the first to jump up and cheer saying "YAS IT'S HAPPENING!" but now seeing it in the premiere, all I can say is...I'm very, VERY Happy. YES! The Heretics are what TVD needed to get back to it's amazing roots. We had the Original Family that made the show great with their complex history and such, and now the Heretics, have their complex and possibly complicated history.
I have to admit, the show did drag a lot, but I think, and I say this with a frog in my throat. Losing Elena was possibly the best thing for the show. YES! I ADMIT IT! Elena leaving and being stuck in a coffin made the show feel as if, she's still there, but not really. Caroline and Bonnie writing to her in their diaries as they talk about everything that's happening made me feel like I was Elena reading all of this. So it's nice to know that while Elena is taking a nap, she's still there in some form. But I love how they are FINALLY taking the dystopian turn with Mystic Falls.
Mystic Falls is now a ghost town, thanks to Stefan and Caroline's "brilliant" plan in order to keep the citizens of Mystic Falls safe. The deal is that if any human enters Mystic Falls? Lily, Stefan and Damon's mom, and her lovely Heretics are basically granted every right to feed and kill that human. So if you're looking to go to Mystic Falls to get away from it all? Chances are you'll be eaten by Witchpires. Now the Heretics? Amazing, so far they are already well layered characters with one common goal, to be a family. And with it, we're getting our first lesbian couple on the show, Mary Lousie and Nora. There is also Beau, a mute but still is loyal and deadly if you cross him. Valerie, a girl with a temper but I feel, is very broken on in the inside. Malcolm, the very loyal one, but yeah he's not around any more. Damon and Bonnie killed him. And then lastly, we have one more Heretic we haven't met yet, Oscar. He's off doing something. Which makes me wonder, what is he up too?
But the best thing was Damon and Bonnie. Their friendship is everything and how they have a mutual respect of each other makes me very happy. And also Alaric is up to something, trying to find a way to bring back his dead wife in a world where DEAD IS DEAD. I really hope she comes back cause, YAS. Stefan and Caroline are finally together. Enzo, still hate him. And Matt is finally a deputy. So all in all, an amazing premiere. But the three year time jump, LEFT ME VERY CONFUSED BECAUSE WHO IS COMING AFTER STEFAN AND DAMON?!?!?!?!?!
But great premiere, and a great start to a what might be, my favorite season.

Alright, gonna boost this thread again even though TVD has lost it's touch, S7 is seriously the best season since S3. S6 was like a complete rebranding of the show and S7 is a great result of that, which I am so happy about. The only thing irking me is Caroline's pregnancy. I mean I have complete faith in the writers and that they will make it work, but I'm just going in with an open mind about it. But everything else about S7 is GREAT. And also staying out of the fandom drama helps as well.
