Anyone else remember when I started the season by saying how different it will be in comparison to the last season in regards to how many deaths there would be? I think I've turned into every other TV Exec who just blatantly talks from their ass and then feels like apologising by the end of the season, LMAO. I swear, by the end of the season, it will all make sense.

So I've been gone for a while on a mini vacay to Vegas and I come back and there are new spoilers.....hooray But wait.....I can't stay happy, because its that time of the year where Jack kills a character we love.So anyone want to start placing bets? Also anyone else gunna touch the fact that we have not one but two doomsdays on earth 1?

To counter this: there are some resurrections/shocking returns of characters thought to be gone not related to the big death of 313. As for Doomsday, it's a definite set-up that will see some pay-off in the long haul (specifically the early episodes of the final season). I can't really get too much into it but it was a conscious decision to not send Doomsday back to Earth-2, and to not have the closure to that storyline be so easily met. I don't know if anyone else picked up on the two Doomsdays, but it will be touched on in the show before all is said and done.

I honestly can't wait to see how you end this season. I have an idea, but I'm not 100% yet. Any chance of Mia coming back and interacting with the cast? Because honestly her stints this season have been pretty great I'm honestly waiting for you to put a scene where Moira and Gabe are gone, so she calls Mia to babysit.hahaha

It's been a lot of fun weaving her in and out this year. There aren't many characters on this show who leave and stay gone, and while it proved difficult to keep Mia around in a full-time position, the occasional reappearance here and there isn't hard at all. Along with her, you'll also see Dinah back, and even Emil Hamilton

It put things in perspective on how you did her storyline on WT. So thank you. Before Mia, Dinah was my go to heroine. She is practically a big player in dc comics. Hell she knows Batmans secret identity. So im over my hate towards her. And hooray for Emil coming back. I can't wait to see what he brings to that final battle with hush. Also with Kyle, I know where you're going with him.....although I have to know, will he be there in S4. The reason I ask will become apparent in a couple of months.

The reason I ask will become apparent in a couple of months. I had a lot of fun writing Dinah's arc this season. It was a nice surprise. At the start of every season, I have twenty-two episode worth of notes, and a lot of things stay the same, and a lot of things change as it goes on. Dinah's entire story arc from episode eight onwards was very different, and from episode nine onwards, it was all new things planned episode to episode. So it was refreshing to me. The opportunity to get her from being this Black Canary from Smallville who wasn't really in touch with her comic book persona to the hero that resembled Dinah Laurel Lance from the comics... it was a nice little achievement of mine to tick off the list and having her in Star City with Oliver, and Speedy, and everyone else from that world made a lot of sense to do following the death of her mother (and also with the theme of this season being identity). Emil will be back in 315. All the talk of this "cure" and all the talk of his experiments which were the main source of conflict in the first season, are about to be addressed in "Overload." It wouldn't be right to do that storyline without revisiting his character, and trying to figure out how his drug is being distributed is a huge part of the ongoing mystery. It'll call for the introduction of another DC Comics' villain Kyle is in it for the long run. In what capacity, that'll be a question all our main characters will be facing by the end of the season. I usually know half-way through a season what characters I want and need for the next, but figuring out who will be getting 17-22 episodes and be the main characters for that story and that season... it's a longer process. But the plan was to establish this character on the show in season three, and to have that original character among the iconic DC Comics ones and flesh him out. So hopefully he'll be in S4 too ...unless of course, he's the big death in 313. Stay tuned for next week *selfless plug*

Well either way, I can't wait for you to do more original characters. Kyle is such a nice little tease at Chloe taking on a protégée of sorts. And I can't wait to see how Emil plays into this cure. I hope he sticks around for a while. Although I keep forgetting if everyone knows Emil is alive.

Well following the 315 is the 50th episode event, so you might see him in it that As for Emil, and the cure, we know that he spent all this time trying to destroy the original Emil's experiments so the fact that one got out has made him a not so happy man. And yeah, I've had a lot of fun with these mentor/student dynamics this season. I mean, it very much started with Vicki and Kahn, in my eyes, and then we had Chloe and Kyle, and most recently, Chloe and Barbara. Helena and Dick might have counted as one too back in the beginning, when he had something to teach her. But Helena isn't the listening type of gal, haha.

Anything you want to share on the final two seasons of the hottest/longest running shows on the VPN?

Anything you want to share on the final two seasons of the hottest/longest running shows on the VPN? The way I would describe the last two seasons is the fourth one will feel like the end of the show, and the fifth and final one will feel like reuniting with an old friend for the last time. Season Four will deliver on all loose threads, and really tie the show up in a way that's hopefully satisfying and as enjoyable as the previous three seasons, and what I've got planned for the final season is a little unconventional but the only way I could end the show. Now, if I could just buckle down and get them done quicker than the rate I have been, lately.

But the one thing I wish for the next season, is that Hope 2.0 comes to visit and that we get an episode where the original Team Watchtower (Chloe,Oliver,Helena,Mia,and Bruce) all team up for one last mission together. I mean Season 1 was a treat because of the fact that the home team in Gotham was so small and that they were a close knit unit. And it would be nice to revisit that. Also check your inbox. I have to ask you something

I have to ask you something There's still a chance that Hope might resurface this season. I've still got seven more episodes to break, and ideas have been running around in my head to revisit her before the season ends. The really cool thing about Hope is that I recently figured out her future and what her purpose will grow to become, and what that means for Chloe as well. It took a while, but I eventually got there. There are hints towards it that will be peppered throughout this season, and next, and so there's still a lot of Hope to come, I promise Getting back to Chloe, Oliver, Helena, Mia and Bruce would be great. It's officially on the bucket list
