So I was doing a re-read of the old seasons, and I realized that a storyline that involved Perry and Mia never got followed up on. Will that happen in S4 or did it already get dealt with? And also, in Perry's final episode, hopefully he gets to hang out with his buddy Mia or at least say farewell to her aswell. I do love that out of S1, that friendship was forged. I don't know what storyline you're referring to in regards to Perry and Mia. As for his final episode, he is going to be quite separated from the others. Once you see the end of episode fifteen, and then the subsequent episodes that follow, you'll start to notice something is quite amiss when it comes to Perry, and his final episode will address that and address his future and his own direction, outside of everyone else. I haven't outlined the episode yet, so there could be cameos and certain scenes that I'm not even aware of yet, but for his storyline, right now, I don't really see him and Mia crossing paths again this season. Sorry, man. But episode eight definitely tackled their friendship and what the two meant to each other, coming out of their interactions in that first season (which were a lot of fun to write) and if you could clear up the particular storyline you're referring to, I'd be able to better explain

And it would be nice to showcase Speedy kicking ass alongside Chloe. As for the storyline, WAY back in the early episodes of S1, Perry was being blackmailed, enter Mia saving his bacon. The duo then call out the bad guys hoping to stop them from blackmailing Perry, however it backfired and Mia and Perry got their asses kicked. We come to find out that this group that kidnapped Perry is trying to take down Checkmate. So Perry tells Mia to drop it, and we never hear from this group again. So I was wondering if that would get a follow up in S4. Hopefully that helps clear things up!!!

Yeah, I thought it was that episode you were talking about, I just didn't know what hadn't been followed up on. To be honest, it's not something that's important in terms of Mia or Perry -- that night, specifically, was very important to the both of them, but the people they were taking on weren't a part of any major gameplan. Every season I go back and look into continuity and see what I can draw from past episodes to make over-arching connections. For example, a lot of the Hush storyline, and things to come in the back eight episodes will really connect the whole series together, and feel as if it's typing up three seasons worth of story and not just one, and so perhaps in doing that preliminary research for the fourth season, I'll figure out a way to incorporate them back into the storyline. As for now, it was purely to establish Checkmate as a parallel threat to Emil, as the finale dealt with Waller and Emil as the two main antagonists. Mia is back for a few episodes in that back eight. She's in the fiftieth, and in terms of the present day storyline, she will be resurfacing somewhere in the last three to four episodes, surrounded by some good company

There will be an announcement you'll enjoy towards the latter half of this final run of episodes Kitrina Falcone was a lot of fun to write for those two episodes. I think her resurfacing would be a lot of fun, and I have one particular idea that could call for her involvement in one of the final few episodes of the season, but it's not something that's official yet. As for Holly, she was revealed to be alive in 314, so we'll be catching up with her in 319, titled "Fate."

"Salvation" Spoilers
- The episode is said to be the climax of the Helena Bertinelli storyline that started in the season premiere. "Helena has been a bit of a yo-yo, going from a dark place, to a light place, and back and forth and back and forth, that it's time to really address where she's headed and what we've had planned since the end of last season," producers told of the upcoming storyline, "Everything from her relationship to Lisa, to the man she killed in [episode three], to losing her father, and spiralling into this vendetta that ends with her own death, we're going to tackle it all in this episode." - The antagonist to bring this out for us is none other than DC Comics' Film Freak (guest star Dylan O'Brien). He will be introduced as someone in Barbara's past, who is obsessed with television and films, in particular, who believes they show a side of humanity that is never really explored because we live vicariously through these mediums in order to experience what these fictional characters experience. "He wants to challenge mankind, and he's a very bright student who kind of takes his theories and tests it in the most 'all or nothing' kind of way," Malone told of the episode's big bad. "We hope we take a lesser known character and make them someone to remember, especially in the grand scheme of things." - The criminals captured for Film Freak's "Salvation" TV Series are all the remaining people from Helena's list. - Lizzy Caplan guest stars as Lisa Andrews, and will resurface in a shocking way. "She'll be one of our protagonists, fighting to get Helena out of this twisted game set up by Film Freak," Caplan told of her return to Watchtower, "It's kind of the definitive closure for the character, doing what she's done since the season started and that's protecting the woman she loves." - Chloe makes a life-changing decision in this episode, a decision that will provide major consequences to be tackled next season. - Nicki Minaj special guest stars as DC Comics' Harley Quinn. - Bruce will find out what really happened to Selina at the end of episode fourteen. Christian Bale told VSGuide that Selina's disappearance forced him to re-evaluate why he wears the mask, and gets back in touch with his original purpose: "He wants to prevent what happened to his parents from happening to someone else." But when he learns that Selina is, in fact, dead, Bruce will have his own emotional downfall and have his own time to grieve. "He descends into his role of The Batman, and you're going to see less Bruce as the season spirals to a close, and more of The Dark Knight as a result." - Talia does something that will prove where she stands: if she's with Team Watchtower, or against them. - Gordon has a story with Yin that ties back to his own storyline in the season premiere, much like Helena. "We're starting to wrap this season up, and you'll see Gordon on this trajectory that will take him towards where he wanted to be in the [season premiere] and what he wanted to do and wanted to find out as early as our first episode," Walsh said of his character's role in this upcoming episode. "Yin serves to launch him back down that road, and send him off on a path that will hopefully find closure." - This episode features a huge send-off for a beloved character. "It's someone we're a little upset to be saying goodbye to, but saying goodbye was what our story called for and, in a way, we knew it always had to end like this," Malone teased, before confirming that Michael McKean does not appear in this episode. - We will learn something new about the waters from the Lazarus Pit that will play an important part in the season finale. - DC Comics' Count Vertigo will also appear in this episode, a follow up from his appearance in episode fifteen.

Watchtower Promo: Teases Rise of Wonder Woman, 'Chlollie' Reunion, Return of Lana Lang, and More!
TheVPN has released a promo for the next three episodes of 'Watchtower,' which is set to air alongside the final eight of the season in October 2015. The promo featured several shocking reveals, including a new allegiance for Lana Lang, the rise of DC Comics' Wonder Woman, and a 'Chlollie' reunion that's clearly part of the upcoming fiftieth episode event, titled "Countdown." However, the most shocking aspect of the trailer surrounds Bryan Greenberg's "Kyle Williams" who seems to be walking the path of a villain, as opposed to his role as the hero "Echo," and after seeing what he does to the beloved Perry White, can he ever be redeemed? Check out the trailer here.

I've been eagerly awaiting this episode since I found out that it was going to focus on the relationship between Helena and Chloe, and all of these spoilers have me ever more excited! You know Helena is my favorite character, and probably always will be, so seeing this crusade she's started come to a climax is probably going to be a very emotional, yet intense, moment, which has me extremely exciting as to what's to come for her not only leading up to this point but to after it as well. Film Freak just sounds like such an awesome villain. Using TV and Film as a weapon is probably one of the most clever things I think I've read in recent time, and coming up with the media choices for him to use against these criminals is probably going to be so much fun for you! I think it's really interesting that he's playing this game with criminals. I think it's going to reflect a lot with what Helena has been doing, so it sounds like she's the perfect one to be thrown into this environment. I wonder if this is Lisa's last episode of the season/series? It seems like it when you say "closure for the character," but I could just totally be reading that wrong like I do a lot of things. My guess is that she's going to get herself captured to go into the game to try and save Helena, which will ultimately end in her death. Theory #527 by Brady Brown - I don't even know, man. Probably to do something with Oliver or Kyle is my guess. Possible Helena flashbacks? Hallucinations? THE POSSIBILITIES! Well this sounds sad, and heartbreaking, ya feel. I'm torn. I'm sad Selina's "dead" but I'm glad that we're seeing Bruce develop more with this vigilante persona. She's Team Bruce, let's be real. Gordon's been kind of a wild card for me this season. I've enjoyed him, but I think when Yin and Ethan showed up was when his storyline really started to connect with me, so I'm interested to see how everything is going to get tied back. [/i] Malone teased, before confirming that Michael McKean does not appear in this episode.[/quote] My guesses: Lisa, Mia, or Gordon. PS/ I CAN'T GET THIS FORMATTED CORRECTLY, I HATE BBCODE/ SORRY FOR THIS. Throw erryone in the pit. ERRYONE. *clasps hands together* Interesting. NOW, ONTO THIS PROMO YOU'VE RELEASED. Insanity. That's all that's coming to my mind right now. I'm so excited for Wonder Woman, and for what the heck is going on with Kyle, and hoping that Helena is staring at the Bat Suit and seeing that vigilantes can truly do good so she can get back on track as a hero. Also, who the hell is Clayface, but despite that they need to back up from Vicki; no can Barbara not get shot in the legs multiple times, pls and thank you; Perry not lookin' so good, but the Fate Helmet always turns out bad so we'll see what happens I guess; there was no Talia, so I'm concerned; I'm just really confused and scared and concerned and terrified and excited and intrigued.

I've been eagerly awaiting this episode since I found out that it was going to focus on the relationship between Helena and Chloe, and all of these spoilers have me ever more excited! There's a really nice outcome for the fiftieth episode that kind of calls for the show to start exploring these friendships that were the foundation of this "team" and so 317 and 318 involve stories that really see Chloe and Helena's friendship back in full form. Of course, there's a conversation needed first after everything that has happened, but 318 is the biggest Chloe/Helena storyline that the show has done, and I'm really excited about it because they are one of my favourite dynamics I hope you enjoy this episode. I think, as this season has progressed, it's reached the point where certain characters' arcs are coming to a close, or reaching the final bump before their conclusion. This episode is definitely that for Helena -- it wraps up all the loose threads over the season, and has one final twist to really show us what direction she's heading in for the final four episodes. The fun thing about Film Freak was the decision to make him younger. He's kind of got this invincible feel, and this "I know better" attitude that only his youth and naivety could call for, and it adds a conflict that shouldn't be solved with physical conflict, or just throwing him behind bars. So far, I've just written the TEASER for 318, and he's already referenced The Godfather, and the episode itself is based on the concept for Hunger Games, so there'll be quite a few film/tv references throughout the episode to justify a lot of his actions. I feel like he and The Riddler could team up and become quite an unstoppable force, to be honest. But yeah, I hope he becomes a fan favourite villain for the series because so far I've loved writing him I will say there's definite closure, whether you're on the right track or not is another question but I love speculation. I will say someone will get themselves captured to save Helena THE SPECULATION. I need to have all these episodes finished already so I can see your reaction to all of this There's a reason Harley Quinn carved a smile onto Helena's face. Harley is very much the reason for this entire storyline for Helena -- she killed Guido, and she was the first person Helena killed, throwing her on this trajectory. That scene with Harley and Helena in "Anarchy" will resurface in a different way in this episode, and kind of bridge the gap between last season's finale to now and also explain why it was necessary to do such a horrible thing to Helena (still apologising for that). There will be a huge pay off for Selina at the end of the season. I know I said 314 is her final episode, but she does resurface in 315 very briefly, both in a flashback scene from 203 "Lockdown", but also in a new scene that I can't talk about. The plan is to revisit her in the finale, in whatever capacity, I can't say Dude, I love Talia/Bruce. Genuinely my favourite ship. I am biased to them. I will fanservice the shit out of them. Okay, I won't go that far, but writing their scenes have been a highlight of the season for me, and a highlight of S3B. The fun thing with Yin is that she will kind of parallel Gordon. In 317, she's tackled the Hush case that has put her in a similar situation to Gordon, and with that, Gordon is able to finally solve what he was trying to solve when the season began. I definitely agree with you in regards to Gordon's role this season -- Yin and Ethan weren't even part of the plan until I reached episode 13 and realised that Gordon didn't have much of an arc or much of a way to get him to where I want him to be by the end of the season, and so introducing Yin helped that, and introducing Ethan helped tell a story with Vicki that I wanted to tell since the beginning of the season. So they've both done a lot for those two characters, and their stories I like your guesses. I can't wait for you to see what actually happens HAHAHA. With the rate of how things are travelling, it sounds like a feasible solution. I would hate myself for doing that, though. From what we learn in 315 in regards to Helena/Count Vertigo, I think its important he be part of this episode Hopefully you'll agree! First of all: everything Talia said is just spoilers so I was like no, I cannot add you in the trailer, I'm sorry bae. Secondly, I'm excited and nervous about Wonder Woman. She's important for the message I want Chloe to take away from the fiftieth episode, but she's more of a tease of the future than getting a huge spotlight and claiming the focus a character like her deserves. I hope the hype behind her isn't misguided into thinking she'll be a major player in the episode, but at the same time, I hope what you do see of Wonder Woman, and Diana outside of the costume, doesn't disappoint Clayface's identity is revealed in 317, and I'm planning to "create" Clayface in the present-day storyline in 319. I hope the reveal is worth the mystery behind it "Overload" is essentially a huge episode for Helena, Kyle and Perry. I think its my new favourite episode that I've written, to be honest, because it has such a huge vibe to it, and it feels like it's been so many episodes in the making, and there's a rekindling of the Chloe/Perry dynamic that the first season had, there's more layers added to the one year time jump revolving Helena, and the big twist in Kyle's story I've been sitting on since the land before time finally takes effect so I'm excited most about people reading the first episode back Also, I apologise in advance for Barbara. For the episode that happens in, and for a future episode titled "Broken." *runs away* Thanks for all the feedback, man. You da best *hugs*

You just like breaking my heart.lol Will the League be there or at least somewhat referenced in the world that could be? I promise it'll make sense when you read the episode. As for the Justice League, I don't think they're referenced in the episode. I'm not too sure. There is an explanation as to why Clark can't come in and help save Gotham that's pretty interesting, but as far as I can remember, there's no Justice League references.
