Wow!! Thanks for my very first Sequence Two review, Jay!! And right as I'm done with my loads of homework! Yay for timing, haha! My biggest struggle with writing a webisode is the fact that I want to tell sooo much story, but I only have a mere ten pages, so I'm sorry that was shown through the episode, but there was just so much! XD Hopefully that'll change down the line. I'm really glad you're enjoying David! He's really fun to write, and, like you said, I try to model him after Paula, only more geekier, especially with all his Star Wars quotes. XD And Paula, always a highlight for you! XD I just have to put her in every episode, or I feel like I would get hate mail or something, and knowing that she made you laugh is a plus! Like, OMG. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS FIND ME FUNNY <-- And off the note... Michael/Paula, oh maaaaaan. I just need them to get together, don't I? But I like torturing you guys too much, so I'll just leave it to their mild bickering. XD Alex was indeed anger (see what I did with the title? XD) and I just needed to have Jordan punched, but that really takes a part in his storyline this season, especially in the second arc. So stay tuned for that! I didn't really want to drag out the whole Alex/Alisha storyline, because, to me, it would have felt just as a filler to throw Alisha in there, which is something I really didn't want to do. And, never fear, I'll never be through with Alisha! But... I don't know when she'll be back, so... XD Thanks again for the review, Jay! I'm really glad you enjoy the show, and I hope you continue to enjoy the episodes that follow! Thanks!!

2x01 "Fury" ReviewSo we're back! I'm so glad I can read this as it airs, makes for a much better discussion this way. First Alyssa makes Alisha leave Hollywood and now she's forcing her into a job she doesn't even want? That bitch! David is such a dork. He needs to quit it with these Star Wars references, even if I enjoy them. I think sometimes they feel a bit forced it and don't always fit the situation but they're cute and tell us something about his character, so I don't mind that much. He does get some great lines though, I chuckled at: "Dude, be Buddha." The Lohan reference was great too. Paula's so clueless, I love it. I couldn't stop laughing at the rabbit line and then you killed me with the final scene. Bloody brilliant! When Alex finally hits Jordan (YAY FOR VIOLENCE!) I'm not sure on the word choice of 'WAILS'. To me, wailing is screaming so I felt very confused when I first read that line. I really like the phone conversation between Alex and Alisha and how often he was apologizing. I know I've been in situations where I'd been a jerk and then ended up apologizing a thousand times over so I think you handled the scene really realistically and it was just a good read. All in all, a great read - better than a lot of stuff in the first sequence (not that it was bad) so I'm hoping this level of quality keeps up. The characters get some great lines and I didn't find myself hating any of the characters other than the off-screen Alyssa so good job!

OH MY GOD. TWO REVIEWS. WHAT IS MY LIFE.
Er-hem. Anyways. Thanks so much for reviewing, Tom! I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
You really hate Alyssa, don't you? XD But, hey, it's completely understandable, so hate away, haha!
David's references dwindle down, if I remember correctly. Mainly because I just couldn't think of anymore. XD But I really love writing him, so I'm glad he gave some great lines this episode! I love when people comment on the dialogue, because I don't consider myself funny at all, but I'll take what I can get! XD
Paula is Paula. I mean, that's all there is to it, isn't there? XD And yay for laughing! Always a huge plus!
Alex just needed to punch Jordan. He was just so mad, he had to take it out on someone. So, YAY FOR VIOLENCE INDEED. XD Yeah, I can see how "WAILS" can be confusing. Meant for it as the punching term, so apologies for that, not my intention, haha.
I really needed Alex and Alisha to come to terms with one another in this episode, because both of their characters needed to move forward, even in one of them is off-screen. Realistic-ness (that a word...?) is one of my top priorites in this show, because I can't have rocket launches and heat vision, etc. to make it all shiny and cool, but having these real life moments seems to shine through just as much, and that's okay with me! XD
Glad you liked it, Tom! I feel like I've improved, so I'm totally thrilled you think this is better than some of what you read in the first sequence, and, hopefully, you enjoy these episodes more! And yay for more Alyssa hate! XD Thanks again!!

Episode 201 - Good Sequence Premiere!! I thought you picked up the new sequence in a good place. I'm glad for the guest spot (wink) with Alisha and it made me sad that she was only there through a phone call. Oh by the way I don't know what the rule is with spoilers but hopefully no one gets mad! I too like the David character. He was a good addition in the last sequence and to see that he's going to possibly be a main addition in this one (smiles) good to hear! Again, Paula you crack me up! She better never leave the show because you'll lose points (wink) just kidding but not really (lol). The Jordan scene (high five) great job! Finally he gets what he deserves! I felt bad for Alex because of what happened in the S1 Finale but I must say that everything worked itself out. Oh! And there wasn't a magic trick, that was disappointing (wink). Okay, now how long do I have to wait for the next episode? (lol) Maybe now I can venture into the world of the Super Teens! Great Job! Impressed! 9/10 I'm starting you out high!

Thanks for the review, Andrew! Man, I can't believe so many people are reading this so quickly! And loving it, too! XD
Alisha will never been gone completely, I love her too much! XD But, for now, she's going to stay off-camera, probably for a while. And you can say whatever you want in your review, but, if you feel you don't want people to read them, feel free to put them in a spoiler tag. David is really fun to write for, so I'm glad you enjoy him, and yep, he's a main cast member now! He'll be appearing in all twelve episodes this sequence, so be excited! XD Glad Paula can make you smile, because that's always my goal with her, and she'll be around for a while... hopefully. I mean, I don't even know, to be honest. HAHAHA! I'm so happy people are liking when Jordan gets beat up! XD He did deserve it, didn't he? And Audition will be airing weekly until it goes on hiatus after the sixth episode, so no wait at all pretty much! XD And, if you get to The Super Teens, I hope you enjoy that as well, they're both pretty different worlds, and it's fun to contrast the two. XD Thanks again, Andrew!!

? Audition • 2.01 "Fury" ReviewThe premiere was a direct follow up from the events of last season, which was something I was really hoping for, considering how the finale ended. While I think it worked a bit too hard to try and solve everything at once so new stories could arise this sequence, I felt it was necessary to do that, despite getting that little bit of a rushed feeling. There was still a beginning, a middle, and an end, with a nice conflict in between that is juggled with all these different kinds of genres- reminding me how much I've missed and love this series! Its kind of hard to admit that Alisha is gone, or at least, won't be in a regular role. Their friendship was a huge aspect of the first season that I loved, and this conversation about letting go of the dream, and flaking out on their plans was really devastating. I'm maintaining this little sense of hope that she'll be back, but what's important is that they were able to settle their misunderstanding, and basically say, "I'll still be there for you, and you're going to be fine." It was really sweet. XD In the meantime, we have David, who is seriously my second favourite character, next to Paula (because, lets face it, who can top Paula?!) He's a great addition to the cast, and I love his references to pop culture, specifically star wars, his use of the word 'dude', the way he can word things in a light hearted, relatable way, but you can still take him seriously- he's awesome. I can't wait to see what ideas you've got in store for him, and his growing friendship with Alex. I'm still gutted about no David/Alisha development in terms of the relationship you teased us with last season. But, they're communicating via phone, so... perhaps they'll reunite eventually. I can dream, right?! Onto Alex, and of course, what this episode is titled about- IT WAS SO EPIC TO SEE HIM PUNCH JORDAN IN THE FACE. Like, I felt as though something big was coming along the lines of a confrontation, but I didn't think he would throw a fist in. I have no sympathy for Jordan, considering the kind of stuff he gets up to, what he did to bridge apart Alex/Alisha, and you know, how he treats his girlfriend. Of course, though, I'm excited to see what makes his character so messed up, and hopefully this sequence looks at that. I absolutely loved the Michael/Paula moment, and speaking of Paula, she was adorable in this one. I love how innocent she is, you know? She's expecting this magic trick, and then, when she eventually realises that there wasn't one to begin with, and she slams the door at Alex, I laughed so hard, omg. This episode literally had THE BEST ending, out of all the Audition episodes so far. I loved it. As always, you balanced the drama with the comedy extremely well, and I'm looking forward to what this sequence brings. This was a great start to the new sequence. Seriously can't wait for what's in store! XD

SO. MANY. REVIEWS. AND. I. LOVE. IT. Anyways, thank you soo much, Jack! I've missed your gif-filled reviews. I feel like a light shines down from above when I see Jack Malone has posted IN MY SEQUENCE TWO DISCUSSION THREAD. Omg. Soooo, anywaaaaays... The premiere was a direct follow up from the events of last season, which was something I was really hoping for, considering how the finale ended. Even though you did feel this episode was rushed, I'm still glad you enjoyed it! Ugh, I'm still so shocked everyone is enjoying these episodes. It's a joke, I know. XD JK JK. As I was saying... I'm really happy you enjoyed this episode! And series! And stuff! And yeah! Just wait for the random lion, I'm telling you. JK JK. Haha! But no, Alisha, like I said in my other replies, will never be gone. I love her too much. XD But, for now, she's going to be with Alyssa in Georgia, whether she belongs there or not. On the other end, I'm glad you enjoyed their conversation, because I just needed it to happen. NEEDED IT. Ugh, sweet? Sweet? SWEET?!?! Yay! That's what I was going for. XD Haha, you've figured out my master plan! Get relationships started and snatch them away! Mwuahaha! But no, I'm glad you like David! He's super fun to write for! He quotes tons of stuff, and he will continue to quote tons of stuff, so I'm glad you enjoy that aspect of him! And David and Alisha might reunite... maybe... Hehe. Omg, it's getting late here, and I need to wake up early, and... ugh. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING, JACK, AND HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO THIS SECTION: THAAAAAAAANK YOOOOOUUUUU!!

Episode 202 - I'm starting to see possibilities with this episode and I'm hoping that I misread the moment with David at the end. I hope there really isn't any major problem. I see Alex and David as good friends and I really think they are the best. And Jordan I hope that Alex gets a second chance to beat the crap out of him but I also see the opportunity for someone else to come along and beat him down. Good job as always. 8/10

Thanks for the review, Andrew! Always appreciated!
I'm really sure what you mean by the moment at the end. If you're referring to the whole nickname part, that was just playful bickering among the two. XD Nothing major. And everyone wants to see Jordan get beat up! XD Maybe I'll have to add some more beat-up scenes in the future, haha. Thanks again!!

Dang!!! Now I don't know what you are talking about. I was talking about David and he almost fell like he was having a medical situation. Um beat up scenes. Of course yes. But if you want to know a good idea. Let his friend stand up for him once. Lol. Maybe Jordan could be a punching bag and then Angela could step on him. But you can also let Jordan get a shot but Alex and David will always win (wink).

"Dialogue" ReviewThis episode definitely topped the premiere, and feels like its set up really important elements of the sequence- the budding bromance between Alex and David, as C3PO and R2D2, and Angela standing up for herself against Jordan's abusive behavior. The episode started with a nice little, "need to talk to the son about his actions," scene, which involved Paula. What I loved about this was, despite the severity of the situation, Paula still added this light touch to it that made it a lot more enjoyable than, "a stern talking." I loved that she took Alex's side, before retracting her statement after Michael shouted her name. HAHA. It was my favourite piece of dialogue of the script, and played out really well. I feel like, through these interactions between Michael and Paula of late, that we can perhaps expect something really good by the end of this sequence? Perhaps... Moving on, I love how, despite being gone, Alisha's presence is still very much felt through David. That line about her brushing off on him, it felt like a nice little "passing of the torch", as if to say: David isn't a replacement for Alisha, but shares a bit of her role in his character because of the time he's spent with her. So you're keeping her alive through him, and that's great. He is a totally different character, in terms of the way he speaks, and things like that, but you get that feeling that Alex still has a close friend nearby to do what Alisha did for him- keep him grounded. David and Paula are, of course, my favourites. Plus, during big confrontations, I tend to shake too- just not that extreme. So, I liked that David wasn't completely macho, and "I could take 'em" as much as Alex is. As for Jordan and Angela- things are developing, and that's great. First and foremost, they've become more manipulative, and this sense of "annoyance and jealousy" has kind of evolved into a strong hate. Of course, most of that is felt by Jordan, while Angela's perspective of everything seems more artificial- as though she's scared to not be on Jordan's side, if that makes sense. Secondly, their relationship is shifting too. I loved that Angela has had enough of the abuse, and I think these are two characters that have so much potential to be great. I love a good redemption storyline, and I love strong, kick-ass characters, so to see Angela fight back for once- despite being somewhat of an "evil bitch" sometimes too, HAHA- it was really great. Interesting to note that Jordan didn't want the police involved. I honestly hope we'll be exploring his past this season, and finding out why he's so abusive, why he's so angry and hateful all the time, and extremely aggressive. Like I said, there's a lot of potential there, and its great these characters are still around to explore. I'm really excited. One of the best Audition episodes so far. Great work, Brady! 10/10.

RESPONSE: Jack Malone's Review of 2.02 "Dialogue""Dialogue" ReviewThis episode definitely topped the premiere, and feels like its set up really important elements of the sequence- the budding bromance between Alex and David, as C3PO and R2D2, and Angela standing up for herself against Jordan's abusive behavior. Of course Paula has to be there in the serious moments! I don't really want to fall into the realm of "Oh my gaaaawd this is soooo muuuuch booooring draaammmaaaaa," because... nobody likes that. XD I try to spice it up (yes, I just said that) with a little bit of comedy, aka Paula. Or Micheal and Paula. I should probably go ahead and put their wedding in the outlines, yeah? No? Hehehe. Ya see, I got to keep Alisha there somehow! Why not make it through David? I never want to replace Alisha, which is what my main concern of the next episode is, when I introduce Rose, a new female character. She'll always be on the show, you know, unless I bring in that random lion... -evil laugh- I'm still really glad you're enjoying David! Gawd, he is sooooo much fuuuuuuun. Oh and David was completely scared to death at the confrontation. He's the funny guy, not the tough guy: I really want to focus more on Jordan and Angela in the next arc, but I also wanted to just give subtle hints on their relationship in the first arc. But yeah. They hate them. A l ooooot. And Angela does love Jordan, and vice versa, and, yes, she's scared, but it's just a matter of which emotion she feels more: love or fear. She sort of stood up for herself in this episode, but in episode four, she comes to a real realization as to what she must do with her feelings and her relationship with Jordan. Hopefully you liiiiike. Jordan's past is indeed coming. It does set up why he is so viscous, so hopefully it's not a total downfall. XD IT'S LIKE POTENTIAL AVENUE UP IN HURR. Thanks again for reading and reviewing, Jack! I'm so glad you love this show!

Episode 203 - Paula! Paula! Paula! I can see the pink panther situation with Paula getting ready to pounce in surprise and to see David and Alex's reactions...that was cute. Paula is a hoot and I really think she is the star of the show. Not really but I think she is a key and if she would leave, I would picket (carrying a sign...lol). I think Michael and Paula should (wink) get together and I know he's dealing with something. Starting to see him recall his wife, that was a little emotional. It wasn't a big scene (dang you webisodes...lol) but you still get to see a subtle glance at what possibly was key to the past. Enter Cassandra - hilarious with the german accent that was priceless and Paula - you know hilarious - You write her very well and make her a good add to the show (You get tired of me saying that...lol). At the cafe we see two things, First we see a possible problem between two friends. It's never a good thing when you have one female and two males (hmm). It will be exciting to see what comes of this. And Jace? I mean, you already know what I think should happen but here we have a new angle for Paula. That will be cool to see what happens. 8/10

Thanks for the read, Andrew! Can't leave a full reply right now, but while I have a few minutes, I just wanted to talk about some points:
- Rose will totally not get in the way of Alex and David's relationship. She's purely just going to be acting as both of their friends, for the time being anyway. XD
- Michael's emotional turmoils will be revealed next episode, so I hope you enjoy that!
- And Jace won't resurface until episode eight, where he runs in with Paula again. That's all I'm gonna say. XD

"Take a Break" Review
This episode was a really strong, emotional installment that had me laugh one second, feel nostalgic at the next, then generally quite sad before ending on a more positive note. And that isn't to say it was all over the place- its a testament to your ability to blend the genres of comedy, and drama, without forcing one or the other in. Its the third episode into the sequence, and a lot of stuff is already happening. We've had the Jordon/Angela relationship touched on in a much larger scale than before, we've dealt with Alisha's departure and its effect on Alex, and now we've got two new characters, and a possible love interest for Paula (who isn't Michael, but I digress...) All in all, its shaping up to be an even better sequence than the first! As always, the bromance between Alex and David is such a highlight of the show for me. Its funny to think I perceived David as a character whose purpose was to be Alisha's love interest, only for her to leave the show, and he take a more permanent position on the main cast, being best friends with Alex. The show is definitely unpredictable, and I love that. His witty one-liners, especially when pop culture is involved, always crack me up. I loved the Death Star one, and he- as well as Paula- always brings this lighter side to the show, which is needed, especially when there's episodes like this which are quite emotional. Although somewhat disjointed from the rest of the story, it was Michael's scenes that were the most heartbreaking, and they were definitely necessary to show. To contrast Alisha's departure with his wife's was like a kick in the gut, and to see how much it guilts him really throws another layer onto his character. To see him break down was kind of hard to read, because he's always been the strongest out of the characters, and it makes you think how long he's been holding that in, before finally giving into the guilt and having that break, and... I'd love to see him develop more, though. I can never tell what is planned for him, but I hope there is something for him this sequence, as it seems as though the other characters are getting big, juicy kind of storylines, and there hasn't been much hint as to what Michael will be up to this sequence. Personally, I wouldn't mind a love interest, or a kind of "death scare" that brings up flashes of his wife, and makes him question what would happen to Alex if he were to die suddenly, and perhaps setting up a will and things like that. I don't know, I just think that would be a storyline you could blend into the show- whether its this sequence, or another- because, lets face it, Audition can't ever end, okay! Moving on, I'm really excited for these new characters. I think giving Paula a love interest might be a stepping stone for her ending up with Michael- because, lets face it, that will be happening... I feel like she can experience what it means to be in a relationship, and learn and grow in those regards, so when it comes time for her and Michael to be hooking up, they're both ready. I also think Michael could use someone as a stepping stone too. Anyway, I kind of loved that if you look at sequence one to now, Paula has been welcomed into the family and doesn't have to fight for trust anymore, and that's just... ugh, it made me very nostalgic, contributing to the tone of the episode. I'm wondering how this "Rose" character will be with Alex and David, and see where this storyline takes us, and whether or not she will be sticking around after the project, and of course, with all these hints at Alisha, I'm telling you, I WANT A DAVID/ALISHA REUNION. COME ON, MAN! Anyway, this was a solid episode. It was a little disjointed in some places- primarily Michael's story, despite how pivotal it was, and necessary to see- but otherwise, incorporated a mix of hilarious moments, and emotional beats in a really effective way. 8/10.

RESPONSE: Jack Malone's Review of 2.03 "Take a Break"Thanks for the review, Jack! Always love reading them! I'm really glad that I can get you to feel all of those emotions within these ten-some-odd pages, because that's my goal when writing 'Audition'. I really wanted to get a more mature tone this sequence, because the characters are established, one of the central characters has left and that has effected everybody, and there's a relationship with life or death circumstances going on. Phew. Have I gone over my head? Naaaah. But yeah, more mature show. Yay for you like. Two new characters, stay tuned. Also, I hope you do find this sequence more enjoyable, because, to me, I've done nothing but improve! Thank ya! I'm so happy you're enjoying David! Expect the unexpected! Mwuahaha! Remember. Random lion. It could happen at ANY. TIME. Especially when you least expect it. Er-herm... Moving on. Yes, David! He's soo fun to write, and I know you get tired of reading that, but omg, he is. XD So, expect David- and yes, Paula- to be the lighter tones of the show, except for the last couple of episodes of the sequence (for Paula, I mean.) Gah. I'VE SAID TO MUCH. Valid point. Michael's story for this episode never really flowed as good as it could have, for me anyways. But it needed to be in there. So enough of me beating myself up. XD YAY. YOU WERE HEARTBROKEN. I can never tell because you kill everyone on Watchtower, so... Thank you for diminishing my doubts of you. Anyways, where were we? Oh! Michael! Yes. He's dwindled down from strong to weak, and there's a really emotional scene with him and Paula next episode, aka the person he hated at the beginning. SEE WHAT I HAVE DONE? But yeah. -acts as if nothing happened- Michael really has a rollercoaster of a ride this sequence, and it all has to do with the fact that he can't, and won't, fail someone he loves again. It's only brushed upon this arc, but becomes more prevalent next arc, especially in the early episodes. And, for now, Michael isn't ready for a love interest, especially with these memories of his wife, Miranda, popping up. He just isn't ready for that type of step, but hey, you never know what could happen. There's something though, I promise! XD And Audition can never end you say? -plans series finale- Yay for being excited for new characters! Jace won't show up until episode eight again (I know, you hate me for brushing on things and then making them show up fifty episodes later), when the gang ends up going back to the cafe. OMG, HOW DID YOU KNOW SHE WOULD END UP WITH MICHAEL? Gawd, that's like, one of the best plot guesses I've ever heard of in my life. Anyways, Paula really learns to open up this sequence, and her childhood and history are brought up as she grows closer to Jace and feels like she could trust him. And yay for nostalgia! Rose is there purely to be a friend, and will not be stepping into anyone's "personal space" (yes, I just made that a thing) anytime soon. She'll stick around after the project, though, because the more friends the merrier! AND THERE MIGHT BE A DAVID/ALISHA REUNION IN TEN YEARS, I DON'T KNOW, OKAY? Nevermind... I've said to much. Thanks again for the review, Jack, valid points as always! Hopefully you'll enjoy the next string of episodes more! EDIT: Oh, and how many points do you want for this? I forgot the rules... (I'm terrible, I know.)

Episode 204 - I don't know what I was doing for the last week but I finally got back into my groove. I liked the episode but it wasn't the best I've seen. I did however like the comedy with the scene they were trying to think of and seeing Alex and David trying to work on the dialogue and coming up with "Hey" - that was priceless if you ask me! I think the Rose character is going to be a wedge in this male friendship. I get this feeling that she is going to fall for one of the them and the other one is going to be interested in her as well OR maybe something else (wink). The Jordan character, some might say that they should just have him walk in front of a car and let Angela there to scream out in terror but then to discover in some special video footage from a security camera that Angela actually pushed him in front of the car. Anyways, I think that the Jordan and Angela story line is going to be something to see in the story as well. I think if I make a wild stab at some spoiler possibilities, I could see Angela falling for one of the boys and that causing friction even more with Jordan. It's like Angela is his prize and no one can have her. Even though this wasn't the best episode, it is still a good episode and for that it's not going to be a big drop! 7/10 PS - If you would have had David or even Rose punch Jordan in the face, I would have given you some extra points for that (lol). Oh yeah, came back in here to comment on the Michael and Paula thing. I did think it was cool that we got see WHY Michael was so broken in the last episode and to understand about his wife.
