Awesome interview! I'm excited to see the cameo appearances of Flash Thompson and Liz Allen. Was wondering if Gwen Stacy would pop up somewhere along the way ...? I love Gwen ... haha. xD

Well, I have good news for you then XD Gwen Stacy WILL be making an appearance (or two, or more...) sometime this season. I won't reveal when, but she will be popping up.

YES! I loved Gwen Stacy in "The Amazing Spiderman" Animated Series. She reminded me of Chloe, being the best friend that never got the guy because he always had eyes for someone else (Clark with Lois, Peter with MJ). I didn't like her a great deal in Spiderman 3, but come on, there wasn't much to enjoy with Spiderman 3. And was she in "Ultimate Spiderman?" I can't remember ... I used to read those comics before I transitioned big time into DC Comics. Anyway, I'm excited about Gwen Stacy being on the show and I can't wait to see how she weaves into the story, and what you'll change/keep about the character! xD

There was always something that irked me in the comics about Gwen, but that could probably be my bias...>.> But, I can't deny that she was/is a good character. I'm not sure if she was in Ultimate Spider-Man...actually, scratch that. I think she was. Her and MJ were best friends, if I remember correctly, and Peter was with Kitty Pryde...though, uh, I don't really understand that but go right ahead, Marvel XD I only know a little of Ultimate Spider-Man, and I only know that because I've read all through Ultimate X-Men....and I admit to having the video game. XD
I hate Spider-Man 3 with a burning passion, and I HATED Gwen in Spider-Man 3. I think I was just as pissed off as MJ was when Peter did the Spidey kiss with Gwen. I wanted to slap him and strangle Gwen. >.>
As for Gwen in the Outcasts, I promise to keep you guys up to date with the going-ons with her and when she'll show up. I can also safely say that I think you guys will like what's being done with her. ^^ I'm glad that you're excited!

Gwen was/is in Ultimate Spiderman.
Her and Peter have dated several times. Right now she broke up with him because he is still in love with MJ

Thanks for clearing that up for us. I wasn't entirely sure because, like I said, I've never read Ultimate Spider-Man. I will, one day, but I'm actually going through reading Ultimate X-Men a second time because I happen to really love that series.

You're making me want to go watch it, Jack. XD I wonder if Youtube has it....I think I may watch an episode or two as soon as Seeing Red is finished. Speaking of which, I might be giving you guys another little tidbit in the next hour or so concerning the second episode.

Gwen was hot in everything. At least she knew what she wanted.... unlike a certain red headed butt head who beat around the bush more times than a game of pop goes the weasel

I would have guessed Melanie and MJ but its already been said that wasn't in the works. I got the vibe that Melanie was a lesbian. She seemed pretty into Euphoria, and her and MJ definately seem to have a "thing."
