So I have been reading stuff lately and i thought that I would ask a very controversial Doctor Who question.
:: How far do you think the relationship between Rose and the Doctor extended? Did they merely kiss those few times viewers witnessed or did they take it up to the next level?::

I like that description Tennant and the others use for Rose/Doctor, which was: "Its a romance story, just without the sex." I think we were shown all their important and significant moments together - I think with any companion, that is what we are given. So I don't feel like the Doctor and Rose were doing it off screen, or constantly making out. I think they were just happy running around and being together. It was love, but it wasn't physical. They never officially "kissed", and while it was implied the Doctor did love Rose, he could never confess that. I don't know - just my two cents.
I'm pretty sure at 900+ years, the Doctor is extremely impotent. LMAO. But now that this new version is in Rose's life, and he's human, well, the time vortex probably won't be the only thing that shakes the TARDIS back and forth. *wink* *nudge* HAHAHA.

I used to subscribe to the idea they had actually had sex because of what happened at Bad Wolf Bay during Doomsday. Rose tells him there is a baby on the way and he automatically thinks it is her. He could quite possibly think she had gotten it on with Mickey, but I took it as he was all excited because it was his. However, thinking on it more I suppose that what Tennant said romance without sex makes a lot of sense too. I am not certain about the impotent thing. After all he does have a wife he needs to take care of and his comment about Queen Elizabeth and not being the Virgin Queen anymore. XD

I don't know why, but the idea that the Doctor has sex with any of his "companions" seems really odd and obscure to me. River is an exception, because if they ARE doing it - which they hinted at in the series 6 finale - it was AFTER they were married. Also, Amy Pond is older than Rose, and the Doctor seemed pretty disgusted in the age difference when she tried to put the moves on him in S5... lmao.

Agreed. Also re-watching the series this past time I not aonly thought they weren't getting it on but I saw that Rose was kinda cruel to Mickey and I didn't see it before. The whole thing where they visit earth and He asks if she wants to go to a hotel with him to do it and she is all for it....Doctor was upset that they looked cuddly but I don't think it was because they were having sex together.

Review for Bad Wolf - 1x01 "Shadows of the Past". I just finished Shadows of the Past and it's safe to say I am hooked! What a great introduction into the next chapter of both these character's journey. The teaser was beautifully descriptive and the brief history given was a great way to show how these two characters have come to this place. Great setup. The episode started off low key but quickly turned into nothing but action and suspense and kept me wondering what the heck was going to happen next! Rose's interactions with Ten II/John really intrigued me because although she keeps saying "you're not him" and making Ten II feel like he's not enough, somehow I couldn't stop thinking that she's not angry with Ten II at all, and that her whole anger is really towards the Doctor. I couldn't help empathizing for both characters throughout the entire episode. Each one of them have been abandon in some form and the scene where Ten II/ John tells Rose why he looks like a 'hobo' broke my heart. What the Doctor did to her, is exactly what she did to Ten II. Left him to pick up the pieces. Very powerful scene. To me, in the episode, the Vashta Nerada took a back seat to driving issues between John and Rose, which is NOT a bad thing. If anything it was a catalyst, forcing these characters to interact and deal with their issues. Great, great episode!! The ending was cute! And it left me wanting more!! I give this episode a 10/10 for a terrific story, fantastic characters, and real emotion. Bravo!! Can't wait for the next episode!!

Review: 1.01 "Shadows of the Past"
Okay, let's start off with Rose. Now, I've only seen a few episodes of Doctor Who, but from what I can tell, you captured her brilliantly. And all the characters as well. They all have their own distinct voice, which is always a plus. And I find myself loving Ten II -- John Smith -- because of his attitude, and reactions to what's going on with the Vashta Nerada.
The action and dialogue, was flawless through. It all flowed smoothly, and I didn't find myself going back to reread anything, because I was confused. That's really something hard to do in a script, so good job!
Also, I'm really drawn to Amelia. I don't know why, but I really want to see more of her. Can we expect more of her? Or are you going to crush my dreams. Please don't crush my dreams, Kerry. XD
And this works wonderfully as a spin-off, but I think that someone who has never seen, or heard of, Doctor Who could relate without any problems. And that's a real hard thing to do with a spin off. So props!
My favorite scene, by far, was when Ten II and Rose were in the control room, and Rose realizes she has two shadows. She briefly refers to him as "Doctor" and that made it all the more special. She wants nothing to do with him, but for that split second, she needs him I loved it!
The ending was also very nice. It was basically the cherry on top. It was so nice. And when Ten II finally is revealed to be John Smith, I was pleased. Because I did wonder how long Ten II could keep up. But you did nothing but satisfy. And I definitely can't wait for future episodes. I'm hooked!
10/10 -- amazing start to a very promising series

Review for Bad Wolf - 1x02 "Taboo". I finished reading this the other day, but got a little busy, but I am now writing the review Okay, I'll start off by saying once again you have pulled off a GREAT episode. I liked the teaser. It introduced the world, and show a glimpse of the problem that needed to be solved. I loved John's story of the Beatle's hit "Yellow Submarine". I'm not going to lie, I may have snorted upon laughter. It was just a cute little story. I'm liking how you can see a friendship forming. I like Ayune. She's evil and mysterious, and a great villain. I also like Mali. I liked her transition from damsel in distress to hero at the end. It was a great journey to read. I wasn't a hundred percent sold on Gerash. At first he seemed shifty, and untrustworthy. I'm not sure what is was that made me feel that way, but I definitely didn't trust him completely. I love how fearless Rose is, like she lives through danger everyday. It makes me laugh a little. And even though I have never seen an episode of Doctor Who once again I was able to follow the story without issue. So I highly recommend anyone who is reading this review and has never seen a Doctor Who episode to give Bad Wolf a read because honestly it's fantastic. The characters are fun, and easy to relate to, so you'll be able to establish a relationship. The stories themselves are exciting and a great adventure. Read it!! Okay, back to the review... I really liked the ending, and the revelation as to Ayune's plot. All in all it was another terrific read. I'd give it a 9/10 I look forward to the next episode!!

Oh bless you Darrin! I was about to start crying over here from lack of reviews!! And now I shall reply! I'm really glad you enjoyed the episode! This story changed slightly from what it originally was...mainly because as I was writing it morphed on it's own. Certain characters who are in this were never supposed to be there or be as big but there they are on the page....I like to think sometimes they have a mind of their own. Because of this Mali was a huge part and I'm glad you liked her! Her prophesying is actually playing a huge part in the series and I never thought it would before this episode. Gerash on the other hand...he really isn't supposed to be good or likable he just kinda...is.
As far as the ending and revealing her plot..I'm such a big fan of epiphany moments and I couldn't resist putting one in there. Thank you so much for the review and I am so glad somebody who has never seen Doctor Who enjoys it!
Oh also...I kinda snorted when I was writing the Beatles story too.
