I'm seriously considering bringing Lois in for an episode or a small arc in Season Three. Very, seriously, honestly considering it. lmao. XD Not only consider, make happen. and also include Clark, Martha, and the cast from "Trinity" for one big blow out. I'd kill to see a Smallville/Watchtower/Trinity crossover! Triple POWER!!!!!

There's nothing more I'd love than to do a Trinity/Watchtower crossover. It will happen one day, I'm sure, but not for a while. XD

Review: 2.18 "Masquerade"
I really enjoyed this episode. Besides "Torn" this is definitely my favorite. The dialogue, action, and just everything was handled rather well. Now, I will get down into the review:
The story was divided into two parts: Bruce hosting a Ball at the Wayne Mansion, and Dinah going on a frantic search for her mother. But ultimately, both of them ending up being gut-wrenching in the end, mainly because of our two main villains: Harley and the Joker, who are just a psycho and sick as ever. So, the story was handled rather well.
The characters were very nice in here as well. Especially Selina, who had a real run in with Bruce, ultimately ending up in a rather shocking reveal. Helena and Santo ended up the worst in the end. Well, Oliver got it pretty bad, too. XD But Santo met his demise, and Helena lost, who she though was, her "father". And Guido's burst of rage was quiet shocking, but in a good way. It was good to see what was building up inside him. Now, Oliver and Chloe had a battle of their own, besides the clowns, by dealing with their relationship, or what is left of it. And once they had finally rekindled their relationship, Oliver was taken away from her, which I'm sure will be resolved in the next episode. Dinah's was the most shocking, to me. Waller rips the hope of her mother being alive away, and the Joker made it worse. Dinah has been struggling this season, and that's not a bad thing at all.
The ending was definitely a surprise, and will no doubt be the set up for "Hunt", which I will hopefully read soon. And basically, I thought this was a damn near perfect episode, but I think a better build up could have been to the big reveal between Selina and Burce, for me anyways. I loved it, and I can't wait for "Hunt", because I know it will be equally as amazing.
9/10 -- amazing episode, but was wishing for a better build-up with the reveal.

Thanks for the review, Brady! Before I tear it apart and reply, I must apologise for the lengthy response that is more than likely going to follow. I guess, if I decide to keep this as my intro, then it is lengthy, and if I don't - well, it may just be readable. XD The story was divided into two parts: Bruce hosting a Ball at the Wayne Mansion, and Dinah going on a frantic search for her mother. But ultimately, both of them ending up being gut-wrenching in the end, mainly because of our two main villains: Harley and the Joker, who are just a psycho and sick as ever. So, the story was handled rather well. This was an episode that came out of the idea of having two or three separate plots that would somehow all tie in together at the end. Having the Joker and Harley Quinn be physical threats in the episode was also fun - I'm always nervous writing them because they have really specific voices, and I'm constantly worried if I succeeded in capturing those. Their dialogue is what I edit most in revisions. I was also a bit nervous that the several "separate" storylines may not work as well as I hoped, so I'm really glad that you enjoyed the story overall. XD I definitely wanted to end this episode on a few shockers, mainly with the reveal between Selina and Bruce, but also with the blowout between Helena and Guido. That scene involving Helena and Guido at the end of the episode where she's begging for him to take her in, and that she's got nowhere else to go, only for Guido to tell her that its not his problem - it was probably a highlight of the season for me. I remember writing it, and it was just one of those scenes that was knocked out insanely quick because all of Guido's emotions had been bottled up, and when they exploded, it was uncensored. It also set up what's in store for these two for the last run - Guido and Helena are very strained, and they've both turned their backs to one another at some point, so its about finding their way back. I'm really excited for it. Helena lost her biological father, but the man who raised her from birth to however old she was when her family was slaughtered, was Guido. So Helena lost "a" father, but Guido lost his daughter. Chloe has finally realised that raising a child in this city, in a city that is currently being threatened by a mad man, isn't the best idea. It felt like a natural realisation, and something that Chloe would definitely come to terms with - she loves Oliver, she wants this family to work, and she wants to go somewhere where she is safe. Its like, when you watch Smallville and all these horrible things keep happening to them for ten seasons worth of story, you're watching and you go: "You know, if these guys decided to skip town, and move, they wouldn't be getting hurt every other week." So, in these last few episodes, its very much about Chloe and Oliver fighting to get out of this mess, and walk off into the sunset together. XD I also had a flashback scene in this episode which I removed because it killed the flow of the episode and tried to "tell" rather than "show." It basically showed Chloe returning home to their home to find Oliver in an empty apartment with his bags backed, and he gives her this ultimatum - she can come with him, and they can go to Star City to fix things, or she can say goodbye. And things get a little out of hand, and Oliver eventually leaves. Ultimately, I didn't see it as something important, and found it hard to believe as "canon", so it was completely deleted. I think Helena's return, and her ability to read between the lines, was enough to say that things are quite different between Chloe and Oliver for the time being. I love Dinah. This episode was very much about waking her up to the fact that her problems aren't as huge in comparison to everything else that is going on - the Joker, in particular. This last run for Dinah will only get worse for her. We'll learn that due to the attack she has lost her powers, she still doesn't have her mother back in her life, and in a lot of ways, she's on the Joker's radar now, defenceless. There will be some payoff for her misery at the end of the season, but then tragedy will strike again - of course! There could have definitely been some more build up for the reveal, especially if it wasn't a part of an episode that was dealing with two other big storylines, but I did try to add several moments within the episode that hinted at it, like the balcony scene, and Selina's moment with Bruce being plagued with the fact she doesn't feel complete because she's more attracted to the Dark Knight. But, in the next episode, we'll get to see Bruce and Selina desperate to avoid one another as this reveal creates quite a few problems between them. I'm pretty excited about what will happen with these two by the end of the season. XD Thank you soooo much for this review, Brady. I'm so glad this was one of your favourite episodes. Looking forward to your thoughts on the next episode, and I hope you enjoy it just as much! Thank you!

Chloe and Oliver - Masquerade and Hunt.
Nice to see how your making these two work for their happy ever after!. At least they are back in a place where they are at least talking although bubs is going to be making his debut and mommy and daddy are still working things out. Very RL of you.
Everything else was exciting as always but I am reading mostly for the Chloe/Oliver (ha ha as if you can't tell).
Looking forward to the final three episodes.

That's definitely what these last five episodes for Chloe and Oliver are about - working for their happily ever after. The birth of their child definitely factors into that, and its definitely something that puts everything into perspective. Something bad - for lack of a vaguer description - is happening to Oliver in the next two episodes that really challenges Chloe tenfold, and there'll literally be this "fighting to stay together" theme in the last three episodes, so I hope you enjoy them! If you're a huge "Chlollie" fan though, there's a bit of tragedy in the finale that you might hate, though. *hides* Hahaha.

bit of Chlollie tragedy on the back of Chloe and Oliver literally fighting to stay together.... wow vague. But I'm guessing a death would be classed as a major tragedy though right? So I am going to speculate that one of them is going to be left with some sort of scars (either real or mental) that can be carried over to season 3 for some drama

So yeah.... tragic end to Chlollie. Talk about dramatic for all the characters!

Ahhh....okay so I have just read the spoilers part and I wasn't aware that JH was leaving the series.... So yeah.... tragic end to Chlollie. Talk about dramatic for all the characters! I've always loved the relationship between Chloe and Oliver, and always rooted for those two to get and stick together on Smallville. With Watchtower, I have this five-season plan, and I think in order to challenge Chloe, and extend the series out, the relationship needs to go through a lot of hurdles too, even if those hurdles take one of the two out of the series for a period of time. I'm really excited about Oliver's "swan song", and I think... if you're a fan of his character, and his journey, there'll be something to really love and appreciate in his sendoff. In terms of his relationship, there's a lot of tragedy involved, but, there's also going to be these little seeds of hope planted in there too. In terms of Season Three, Oliver won't be a part of it. I will say that I'm not done with the character, by all means. And I'm definitely not done with the relationship, whether these two characters end up together or not. Its always going to be ingrained in the show, and ingrained in Chloe's journey for the rest of the series. I hope, nonetheless, you enjoy the rest of the season! And hopefully even without Oliver there in the third season, you can find something to latch onto and enjoy. But I'm really looking forward to your thoughts on the finale once its aired. There's a bit of a delay at the moment for the episodes, but the next one should be up either this week, or next. XD

Review: 2.19 "Hunt"The Teaser was very well written. It was crazy and insane, but it made it all the more real and cool. It also made me feel a little sad that Oliver will be departing after this season comes to a close. I seriously hope he returns for a small arc. Just...throwing that out there. XD And the fabulous Tess Mercer returns. I love her in this episode. Her dialogue, to me, was so Tess. XD But seriously, I think you captured her voice perfectly, and it really shows what drive you put in to your characters. That's something I think you need to be commended for. So, props! Joker was super creepy, like he should be. You write him very well. Toyman was also unusually creepy for me. He didn't really creep me out with his appearances on Smallville, but in this episode he did. I have no idea why, though. XD I guess...good job! XD And surprisingly, Vicki was a real stand out for me in this episode. In her scene with Chloe, I loved how she put her foot down, and basically said "tell me what's going on". I love that drive in her, and will look forward to her in, and hopefully she'll be in, Season 3. The things I'm iffy about. The first was this piece of dialogue right here: BRUCE A man who laughs at his own jokes. Definitely a nutcase. I don't think this was appropriate for the time it was being said. I mean, Perry was just shown being a bloodied tortured mess, and making jokes just didn't seem to sit well with me. I would think Bruce would've been a little taken back. XD And when the cashier just pulls out a shotgun... I don't know of any banks that carry shotguns. I'm not sure if that's an Australian thing... XD Just kind of confused me. There were also quiet an amount of SPAG issues, more than usual actually. I haven't really noticed them in your other scripts, so I know you're better than that. So, just something to watch out for next time. And just some technical things, but some transitions were left out, I think. But I won't take off anything for that. One of my favorite scenes of this entire episode, was when Chloe was describing what would happen in five minutes. I don't know why, but it just did. I think it's because, Gotham is...in hell. And that just puts it all into retrospective that Gotham is just awful right now. Just love that scene. XD HELENA I’m the one with the gun here, jigglypuff. OMFG. Best line of the whole script!! XD Helena better not die. I will revolt, Jack! REVOLT!! The ending was really...depressing in a way. But that's not bad! XD Everyone is being pushed to their breaking point. All of them. XD I'm really excited to see what's going to happen to them in episodes to come. Keep of the great work, Jack! 8/10 -- strong episode, but some flaws brought it down.

The Teaser was very well written. It was crazy and insane, but it made it all the more real and cool. It also made me feel a little sad that Oliver will be departing after this season comes to a close. I seriously hope he returns for a small arc. Just...throwing that out there. XD It took me a while to figure out how to open the episode, but I decided that this could serve as a sort of parallel to the "Fear" episode where Chloe was in a similar situation. To see Oliver's fears come to life, and to see him in this predicament, it was really fun to do - especally with a familiar villain of his the driving force behing it all. XD Thanks! With Tess, I had to look back through old episodes to try and find her voice again, and then I just had fun with it. She was one of my favourite characters on Smallville, and she's a really significant character in Oliver's life - it felt like the perfect time to incorporate her (during Oliver's swan song). I'm so glad you enjoyed her, so thank you! Toyman was more vengeful, I think. He had been locked up for a while, and he's never let go of the fact Oliver had framed him for the murder of such a public figure - Lex Luthor. To see him in alliance with the Joker - perhaps, him in a more antagonistic role where he isn't captured and stopped at the end made him more creepy - he was definitely getting right up in both Oliver and Helena's faces at one point. But yeah, I'm glad you found him and the Joker creepy. Thats kind of the aim in these episodes, haha. XD I was a bit worried that the end of Vicki's story in this episode would seem abrubpt and rushed - we never got to see The Dark Knight save her, and see how she got out of it. But it was more on the emotional scale - she was given up on by Chloe who had to make a choice of who to save, and what to do, and so, in the next episode, "Birth", we'll get to see how that affected her, and get some flashbacks in regards to what exactly happened inside Gotham Gazette. I'm glad that Vicki stands out in most of the episodes she's in. My plan was to slowly ease into her role, and her importance in the show. By the end of the season, we'll see this strength in her sort of scratch to the surface, and she'll slowly break from the 'damsel in distress' persona she's gained for herself. That's definitely part of her storyline - learning how to fight on her own, and stand up to what challenges her. That line wasn't a "joke" so much as it was an observation, and a reaction from Bruce watching the Joker's video. The action above says he looks to Chloe, anxious ("full of mental distress or uneasiness because of fear of danger or misfortune"), so the line wasn't to crack a joke, or make the tone lighter than it was. So Bruce was definitely taken back by this, and very well shocked and scared - his comment was merely in disgust, you know? Usually if it was a joke, there'd be someone chuckling after it, or a parentheticl to really drive it home that it wasn't a serious comment. XD As for the guy with the shotgun - I just had the image of the guy in the opening for The Dark Knight who pulls a shotgun out and starts telling off the thugs. Figured, as opposed to having an axe behind a glass cabinet, there'd be a shotgun behind the teller's counter. It also says a lot about the city of Gotham - you know, its corrupted, and its covered in criminals. The Bank Teller comes out and actually talks about his distress and what has happened to his life because of criminals like the Joker. It was definitely a highlight for me to write in the script. The 'shotgun' wasn't exactly a reflection of a modern world, as much as it was a reflection of Gotham City, and the people within it. XD Yikes, that sucks to hear. I haven't been as stressed out over school assignments writing that episode than I am with these last three ones, so I'm not sure what happened. As for the "transitions", they were purposeful. The action would have led into the shift, such as Oliver's movement in the teaser being carried into the next, or... the transitions weren't 100% necessary. Some scripts I've read, both on forums, and TV scripts, don't always have a transition taking one scene into the other, so it was definitely purposeful, and something I'm more than likely bound to do again. I'm glad you like that scene! I wanted to kind of show that, as well as the fact that Chloe can't save everyone, and after she finally decides to leave town, all of a sudden, all hell is breaking loose. So it was really fun to do that! XD Hehehehe. I'm so happy that you love Helena so much. I've had a lot of fun with her. Speaking of "death", the death I have planned in the penultimate episode was actually thiiiiiis close to happening towards the end of the episode, but I decided I loved that character too much, I wanted at least two more episodes with them. So, they lived! Haha. I sound like a serial killer, I know... -walks back into cave- One of the main reason I love The Vampire Diaries so much is that they always end the episodes on these shocking cliffhangers, and always carry through in the next episode - its not just for dramatic effect. So, I've tried to encorporate that more into this season. This episode left our characters in such a bad place - especially Helena, I wonder if she'll die... I'm just messing with you! But yeah, I think the most tragic of them all was Perry, because he was never saved, and when he was found, Helena was too outnumbered to get him out. I'm about to start a rant, so I'll stop now. Thank you so much for reviewing Watchtower, Brady. I really love hearing your thoughts, and its nice to know there's someone reading and reviewing the show - always a plus. I hope I cleared up some problems you had in the script, and I'll definitely be more cautious of any SPAG errors. I'm trying not to write anything in these last two weeks of school - very stressful assignment times hahaha - and so hopefully, the last three episodes will be smoooooth sailing.

So i have a question...... WHEN THE HELL WILL BIRTH BE UP? OH and HI JACK Hey Karl! Uhm... I don't know, to be honest. The holidays just started today, and I've finally had the chance to start working on the script again. I'm half way done, but I really don't know when I'll be finished, and I don't know when the show will come back. The last three weeks of school really threw me off, so I haven't been as motivated to write lately. Kind of drained - BUT, hopefully I'll have some airdate for when the show will come back soon!
