^ We're hoping it works out! The possibility of Cynthia and Hank returning for season three is quite slim at the moment. Her character was actually supposed to be gone last season, but I decided to give her some extra time. But, hopefully this spinoff project, whether it's a series of films, or a miniseries, will go into some actual production.

EXCLUSIVE: MATT BOMER IS KYLE RAYNER! Producers have revealed that actor, Matt Bomer, has signed on to portray the role of the Green Lantern, Kyle Rayner for season 2. The character is said to be in a limited amount of episodes for season two, but negotiations are open for an extended contract. When asked about the nature of the character, and the role he will be playing in season two, executive producer, Jason T. Davis, said "In season one, we got to catch a glimpse of what the Green Lantern Corps is, but in season two, and hopefully beyond, we plan on exploring more of their history, mythology and making those things an integral part of the series itself."
"As for Kyle Rayner's character; I can reveal that he will have a connection to Jade, the Green Lantern from season one, as she makes her re-appearance in the next few episodes of the season. That's all I can say." VSGuide also asked. "Is there any chance of seeing the character of Alan Scott again?" -- "Yes, there is a very strong possibility of that," Davis replied.So, how do you feel about the possibility of Green Lanterns becoming one of the many focuses of the show? There are not many connections to DC Comics that the series makes, but this should boost that up quite a bit. What about the casting of Matt Bomer of Kyle Rayner? Sound off below! |

Awesome! I'm trying to get Kyle Rayner bumped up to series regular for s3. I'm writing a lot of the Lantern stuff, so I can only hope it will be good. XD

Can't believe I'm just seeing this - I'm a horrible friend/fan. Anyway, I haven't been that exposed to the Green Lantern stories, so Trinity is pretty much going to be the first time I've really followed anything with the character. I really liked 'Lantern' in Season One, and I think Matt Bomer just has a superhero vibe about him, so perfect casting there, hahaha. Looking forward to it!

How you doing. I've been reading a few things about upcoming stuff, but I haven't seen a new episode since last November. Any Idea when or even If it's coming back? Just curious. I'm doing pretty well. Busy with a lot of things, but who isn't? lol In regards to Trinity, if everything works out the way I want it to, it should return this year, as early as October and as late as December. I'm hoping sometime between that, but we shall see. Right now, writing is kind of frustrating because I have to rewrite an episode I have already written, but lost. So, I'm just trying to get through that. In the mean time, I'm outlining future episodes so staff writers can start on them without having to wait for me to finish this one episode, so the season can move forward. |

Well, the episode I'm writing "Realm" is probably one of the most important episodes of the season, as it introduces the main plot of the season, it will be the first episode aired when Trinity returns. I'm just going to get to work on other episodes as well, while I write this one to keep production moving, instead of at a stand still. The episodes themselves might be written out of order (not really, just one episode out of order) but they will be aired in proper order so, you won't miss anything. |
