Made a TV Spot to promote upcoming events this season. Jack -- I am SO in the writing mood right now. First time in about 3 weeks, thanks for the promo. It's amazing. I cannot wait to bring back Martha, I can't wait for Lana and Lex to reunite, as well as another lover from Lana's past. This should be interesting.

Exclusive: What's Your Poison? In light of recent events, Trinity was forced to take an early hiatus, but producers say that production is back on track and with a reworked order of episodes this season, the show will be back on its feet in no time. With that news, VPtoday was also treated with a casting scoop, as well as an episode update in regards to episode four of this season. Here is what executive producer, Jack Malone, had to say, "The fourth episode of the season, "Hunt," has of now been terminated from the lineup this season. All in all, it didn't work out as we had hoped, but the network graced us with another chance so, we've begun production of a new episode, to take its place. This episode will be entitled "Ivy."Do the math folks! That's right, the upcoming new episode of 'Trinity' will introduce a famous DC villain into the universe. She goes by the name, Poison Ivy. Her character will be portrayed by none other than the gorgeous Evan Rachel Wood (True Blood, The Wrestler) who was said to be "born" to play this part. In light of this new news, are you excited about the shows return? What do you think of the casting? Speculate below.

I can NOT wait to see Poison Ivy come to life on Trinity! I think the casting is absolutely perfect, and I can totally picture Evan Rachel Wood playing the role! Now I wonder who she's going to hit on, who will get pulled into her little sexual manipulations, and what kind of introduction she gets! xD

I love that she's appearing... but, without sounding mean or something, doesn't she belong more on Watchtower? Her appearance on 'Trinity' seems a bit out of place. Again, not meaning to sound like that! >.<

I think Poison Ivy will get more justice on Trinity. That's not to say Poison Ivy won't show up on WT at some point, but I think the story Chris has planned calls for Poison Ivy to be on the show. She's in greater hands on Trinity than she would be on WT, IMO. And villains all start somewhere, so we don't know yet how she is incorporated into Trinity and whether or not she has a greater purpose there than on WT.

Exclusive: What to Expect in "Realm"In a early meeting with Trinity's showrunner, Chris Davis, and VPToday representative, we got an exclusive update regarding an upcoming episode of season two, entitled "Realm." Here is the episode's official description: WELCOME TO THE REALM OF DREAMS - Rachel's powers are out of control as she accidentally sends the gang to another realm where they experience both their sweetest dreams and worst nightmares. The situation becomes dangerous when they discover that if they die in this world, they die in the real world as well. Lana sees visions of her past lovers (Tom Welling, Michael Rosebaum and Jensen Ackles guest star); Quentin finds himself being haunted by memories of Valentina (Ali Larter); Cynthia begins to remember her visit to the future, with the help of an old friend, Hank (Benjamin McKenzie guest stars); and Rachel (Lyndsy Fonseca) is about to discover her true origins. Before today, producers speculated that this episode would not mark the return of Tom Welling's famous character, Clark Kent, but in light of recent events, they have turned the table! Here is an official statement from showrunner, Chris Davis, "Clark Kent was always meant to be a part of the episode, though Tom Welling was not to be visually seen at any point -- but after the sudden hiatus, we thought we should treat the fans of the show, so that is why we've contacted Tom Welling and put in on board. As of right now, he will share up to three scenes with his past lover, Lana Lang (subject to change), and will also have one scene with Lana's other love interests, Jason Teague, Lex Luthor and Quentin O'Neal! Lana hasn't seen Clark in over three years, and now that she is about to have a face to face encounter with him, what will be going through her mind? Do you believe she still loves Clark? This should be interesting. With the return of Lana's past lovers, what does this mean for Lana's current love, Quentin O'Neal!? Well -- I think he has his hands full, as he will be juggling a battle between the love of his life, and the love of his past, Valentina Vostok. _____________________________________ On a darker side of the episode, we will witness Rachel Roth, as she explores the Realm of Azarath, where broken pieces of her past come into the light. She is haunted by memories of herself in a past life, where she goes by the name -- Raven. It has been announced that the DC Comic Villain, Trigon, who is the biological father of Raven will have a presence in the episode. The demonic character will be portrayed by Vladimir Kulich, who is used to being transformed into demonic creatures (see, Angel.)
And that ends our exclusive update! What do you think of "Realm" so far? Are you excited about the return of Clark Kent, Lex Luthor and Jason Teague in Lana's life? What about Rachel Roth's identity crisis? Speculate below.

Again, not meaning to sound like that! >.< Don't worry, it's not mean. It's a valid point, and it's definitely something I was worried about while planning this storyline. But, this will sort of just be an introduction of her character. She won't have any long term plans to stay in Odyssey, and I'll do everything possible to drive her in the direction she's meant to go -- By the end of the episode, she'll be fleshed out and on her path. I'm hoping to see her in Watchtower pretty soon, Jack *hint*

I didn't like my idea for a Poison Ivy episode, and what you just told me about her introduction has got me mega excited for the episode! Trust me, AC, it sounds perfect!
Oh, and about the new scoop! I'm heaps excited to hear that Clark will be back, whether its all scenes in Lana's dream, or if he actually does show up in present, real day time. Also, I'm really loving the darker twist and supernatural elements added to Rachel's character. Its going to be one hell of an episode! xD

The "Unofficial Description for 2x04 "Ivy," has been posted:
UPDATED 7/2/2011 (Unofficial Description Posted) - WHAT'S YOUR POISON? - Amanda Waller (Pam Grier) attends a botany event in Gotham City, where she is in negotiations to purchase a chemical that will be crucial in the success of her mission to take down Lex Luthor. But, when an experiment goes wrong, she is forced to abandon the project and return to Odyssey -- but she unknowingly brings something back with her, a young woman (Evan Rachel Wood, guest stars) who, as the result of this chemical, has been mutated into something far greater. Meanwhile, in Odyssey, Lana (Kristin Kruek) and her team are about to face off with a new threat, Poison Ivy, who has started a rampage in the city in the attempt to control the Odyssey's Botany Department.
Also, the episode title for 2x18 has been revealed as "Beast." Producers say the episode will center around Rachel's best friend, Garfield "Gar" Logan. One can only assume that DC Comic Super hero, Beast Boy, will be born in this episode.
