Alley?

I have a scene in the teaser of the pilot of "Secret Societies" where there is a cut from the inside of a restaurant to an alley. So, I was just wondering... is an alley INT or EXT? The same question can be asked for arenas and places like that?

Interesting concept. I'm pretty much sold on it, except what is the tone/feeling of the series? Will be dark/psychological or have a more light feeling? Well, a mixture. Mostly, it'll be dark, with all the deaths and the graphic rituals of some of the secret societies... but the team (sort of like the NCIS-team) will have a pretty light chemestry and joke now and then. So, mostly dark, but still light now and then.

Alright, I've finished the teaser of the pilot and hope to finish the whole pilot in a few days or so.

I really like this pitch. Seems like what could develop into a dramedy with same style of "Desperate Housewives".

This looks like a really interesting pitch! It somewhat reminds me of that show leverage. This seems like a fresh exciting idea and I can't wait to see what you do with it! Post the pilot soon! Thanks. I'm really glad you like it. I am yet to start on the pilot... I first want to outline what happens in it, so that I have a clear picture of the events in it. I'll start on The Pilot right after that.

Name a Planet with a species and their traits! If I like it! Then its picked and you are given full credit for it!!! The Nadramans, of the planet "Nadrama". They are either blue or green and look a lot like Mammoths walking on two legs, but all of them have red markings and "stripes" across their bodies. They live for eating... that's basically their reason for being. They steal food from others... and some Nadramans even eat humans, but never just like that... in that case, they always cook them first and serve the humans, like we humans do with animals. Their homeplanet, Nadrama, is covered in facilities hosting food, and there are even research facilities where there are different kinds of experiments conducted on food to make every Nadraman who eats it stronger.

Just started reading "Odyssey" and it looks good so far. I love Lana's "Yeah..." Pause, takes of mask "...I got 'em" introduction.

Good tips. I always outline my characters, some of the story-arcs, and episodes before starting to write.

Carson Beckett in "Stargate Atlantis", I think, was the death that got me the most. And Prue's death in "Charmed" was also very sad. I also think Deep Throat's death in "The X-Files" was pretty sad. Oh... and how could I forget Lionel's death in "Smallville"... he had been such a prominent and cool character throughout the show, and then he... just died. That was so unbelievable for me.

I like the sound of this film. Native American mythology is so underused these days.

This sounds like a really good film. And Wentworth Miller.

I'm thinking of doing a continuation to "The X-Files" (once I finish the entire series on DVD, that is) and pretending like "I want to believe" never happened.

I've never read a virtual series sitcom, so I can't even imagine what it's like. This show has an interesting premise... and I think I'll give it a try, and see how a virtual sitcom is like.

As a long-time fan of "Ugly Betty", I would LOVE to see this. And I absolutely LOVE YOU for deciding to bring back Alexis for a guest role! She was my favorite character, right after Wilhelmina.
And as for who should be killed... I picked Wilhelmina, because I like "the baddies" more when they are killed in a memorable way. Try to give her a memorable death... Like, I've always imagined Wilhelmina dying through getting pushed out a window, and then landing right on someones moving car down there. That's actually the only "worthy" and cool death I could imagine for Wilhelmina.

I don't know if it actually exists, but mixing crime-solving like CSI with sci-fi and supernatural elements is what I love, and my show "Secret Societies" is like that. "The X-Files" could count into that "genre", but that didn't involve crime-solving in the same style as CSI.

Alright I am getting pissed off at people for thinking that vampires 'Sparkle'! I mean really? Im here to prove a point that Vampires are bad ass. When they go out in the sun they burn. Thats the question I ask! Wheres Edward burning? I would love to see that. LMAO! But well I'm going to ask what you hate about Twilight and What do you think of Today's Vampires? Leave a comment below! I completely agree. And pointing out what's wrong with Twilight would take me hours to do. "The Vampire Diaries" did Vampires SO MUCH BETTER. They're cool. They don't sparkle. There are strong female characters (unlike in "Twilight"). Edit: Oh, how could I forget "Underworld"... "Underworld" is without doubt my favorite Vampire movie. It was done so nicely and feels so cozy... and that whole world, and the characters in it, felt so well created and designed. I just love it!
