LMAO! XD That made my damn day.

VSGuide has just learned of three new roles being booked on "The Outcasts" this season. Producers say that one of the roles is a definite one-episode wonder, but one will be returning at a later point, and one has a possibility of returning. The details on these roles were hard to come by, but we managed to find out who was booked as who.

"I'll be playing Doctor Catrina Connors," 'Iron Man 2' Actress Gwyneth Paltrow admits with a smile, "she's the female alternate to Doctor Curt Connors. She is Felicia Hardy's biology professor at Columbia University, but she also has a few ties to Melanie. From what I understand, Melanie has done a few "assisted lectures" with Dr. Connors because she's really fond of Melanie's intelligence."

When asked if we would be seeing the famed "Lizard", Paltrow told us, "No. The producers have told me there is no chance of the Lizard coming in this season. However, Dr. Connors is already missing her arm."

Gwyneth Paltrow is said to be starring in her role as Catrina Connors sometime at the end of the season. Producers have hinted the season finale, by say it could be sooner.

'The Young and the Restless' actor Christian LeBlanc tells us, "I've been booked to play Nathaniel Essex, though I think everyone knows him better as Mr. Sinister."

When asked about his role, LeBlanc was very vague on details but did manage to say, "He plays a big part in an upcoming episode alongside Jessica Biel and Patrick Dempsey's characters. He has a history with one of them that was beneficial to him, but no so much for the other party."

The 'Grey's Anatomy' star, Patrick Dempsey filled us in a little on his role by telling us, "I'll be playing Jack Winters, better known as Jack O'Diamonds. He isn't a very known villain because he was never that big and was never meant to be, at least in the large scale of things."

We asked for details, but he was also very cryptic about what he released to us, saying the producers weren't ready to release all of the details.

"Jack O'Diamonds was someone from Scott Summers' past in the comics," he says, "Naturally, he'll be someone from Kristen's past who did a great deal of damage that I think has stayed with her in some form. I can't say much, but we will be looking into their past together in the episode that I will appear in."

Sorry XD I was reading over some of the reviews and remembered that I had intended to respond to this, but something must have robbed my attention and I completely forgot. But I do want to address this, in case other people are feeling the same way.

I first want to say that yes, a majority of the reason is because of the canon relationships and the gender-swaps. We did consider swapping genders for the others, but let's face it. Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Mary-Jane Watson, and Felicia Hardy as men? I couldn't see it XD

Secondly, many of the shows you see these days, while they ARE bringing in gay characters, they may not necessary be main characters or there isn't anything really focuses on them. I wanted to change that a little with the Outcasts and give the GLBT characters a bit of a spotlight. I understand that it's a small part of society, there is still the possibility of several being in "one spot". In New York (where the Outcasts is set) it's a more liberal environment, but even in conservative environments it's still a possibility. For example, when I lived in Alabama, I knew about 9 or 10 GLBT people.

So while I understand where you're coming from, there are other ways to look at it as well. It could go both ways, especially when you bring in the "too many gay people" argument XD

But anyway, as for the heterosexual characters, there are more heterosexuals than there are homosexuals, they just haven't been "showcased", I guess, yet because there just hasn't been the place to do so just yet. It'll happen, but right now the main focus is on girls.

I can't say much about it, but, I don't think you guys have too much to worry about at this point. XD

XD Well, I DO have to keep you guys guessing. I think every "Team" will be happy at some point, just some sooner than others.

I just have to say...I agree with everyone. In a way, I'm Team Everyone. >>; Monica and Miranda are both spot on with Mary-Jane (which, duh, of course because Monica, like she said, is the voice of MJ XD), Jack is spot on with Gwen...and, well, Felicia...is self explanatory XD
