Not gonna lie, last night's episode was not my favorite, probably one of the weakest this season in my opinion, right behind "Fireflies". I just didn't like how the story kept going back to the flashbacks, then to the battle scene, then to the present, and then so on and so on. It was just really confusing for me, and I'll probably have to rewatch the episode to actually figure out and remember what happened, because it felt like a filler episode to me, except for the last part where Derek winds up at teacher chick's car.
Excited to see the next episode though, it looks like it could be really creepy, if they don't go the cliche route. *crosses fingers*

I actually enjoyed "Frayed." I don't think it was as good as "Chaos Rising" and "Unleashed" but I'd put it as 3rd best, above the season premiere and "Fireflies." The style of the episode didn't really bother me. I thought it was a bit confusing at first, but I watched it again, and found it pretty interesting how they shot and edited it. I wouldn't really want to see too many more episodes done like that, but it could have been a lot worse. At least it wasn't choppy. I could still see something that resembled a story, even if it wasn't linear. I wouldn't call this episode filler because we got a lot of development from it. And if it was filler, I don't think it was necessarily "bad filler." Scott being an alpha, even for 5 seconds, was pretty cool, and I can't wait to see more of how that worked. Allison was great in this episode, if you're a fan of her. Lydia and Stiles' interacting throughout, I loved soo much! The way those two talk to one another has changed soo much, and you can definitely tell in this episode. The stuff with Deaton, Morell, and the alphas was really interesting, and something I didn't really see coming. The mystery of who/what exactly Deaton and Morell are is slowly being revealed, and I'm liking it so far. Also, we find out they are siblings, which is really cool. So, all in all, I really enjoyed this episode. And I'm looking forward to next week!  |

Yeah, I definitely need to rewatch the episode because the style totally threw me for a loop, but I still don't see myself enjoying it that much more. BUT WE SHALL SEE.  |

"Frayed" was really interesting. In a pace point of view, I feel it lacked urgency. I felt they should have the Derek and Ennis fall to open up the credits. But overall, the episode was very intriguing with Scott and Decalaion finally meeting face to face again, Scott's eyes turn red, and the whole fight scene.
If it was just me, I notice when they reaired the episode, the beginning of the opening credits has Scott's eyes red, but before it turned yellow and all the way to the end. But the beginning of the opening credits showing Scott's red eyes during the reairing was very intriguing.

So, I saw this theory that Scott is going to try to commit suicide (light himself on fire) in the next episode, and I'm not emotionally prepared for that.

H oooooooooooooly sh*t, that episode... and THAT SCENE AT THE END WITH SCOTT AND STILES. *dead* MY THOUGHTS:
- Lydia is a BAMF
- Stiles is a BAMF.
- I think Coach is hilarious but like WTF pick better hotels.
- I have to agree with Tumblr and say Stiles and Lydia were like Holmes and Watson and I loved it, more please.
- Dennifer is now a thing and I'm okay with that.
- WHAT IS WITH THE BOXES, LIKE WHY DO WE HATE ISAAC, WRITERS?
- WHAT WAS THAT IN THE FIRE LIKE I'M GUESSING DARACH BUT IDK.
- SCOTT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD LOVE YOU BUT THAT SCENE CHANGED MY MINE.
- YOU ARE A SOMEONE, AND STILES AND HIM ARE BFF'S FOREVER, OH MY GOD BRB DYING.
- Gerard Argent... go away thanks.

The episode was interesting. I don't know yet if it was a good way or bad way. Now we get to see a partial look of the mysterious killer. I just wondered if there's going to be a Alpha alliance to stop this creature.

Motel California - The whole episode was creepy as F***, but I guess deep down inside I have to say I agree with everyone Scott isn't really my favorite character all though I don't hate him like most seem to but it's usually everyone else I end up liking more. Scott kinda reminds me a lot of Jack from Lost, he's sort of the obvious choice, which often makes him the most boring to watch. - Lydia: I always knew she would become more of an important character, and now were starting to see her more, I can't tell yet if she's a Psychic or a Witch but my money is def on one of those two choices, her ending for the episode made me realize just how far she has come in her relationship with Stiles, throwing herself into the fire to save/shove Stiles was a huge leap forward, (pun intended). I can't yet tell if it I should still hold on to hope for them as a couple some day especially after tonight, I guess time will tell... - Stiles: When it comes to Stiles I was always afraid that he would slowly fade out of the show, much like most bestfriend type characters do, but now I see how important he is to Scott, I've said it before and I'm pretty sure I'll say it again at some point but he continues to be my favorite part of almost every episode. I have to say after tonight he and Scott are at there strongest, it's hard to imagine there relationship will become strained as Jeff Davis said it would.
Stiles continues to show us that you don't have to have super powers, be expertly trained or be whatever the hell Lydia is to be a hero, and I think that's why we all continue to love him. I think he saved all most all the werewolves at the motel. P.S when Dylan started to cry I have to admit I started to shed a few tears as well. Lol... totally manly... - Alison : I'm not even going to bother spoiler boxing this, she didn't really do anything other than run around with Lydia or cried in the background, despite recent episodes I feel she toke two steps forward, three steps back. I did notice after re watching this, that compared to usual she was more a secondary character to Lydia, most times Lydia sits in the background being explained something by Alison, tonight it was sort of reversed which I did enjoy. - Scott:, Scott toke me the longest to figure out what to say, because I'm speech less about the end of the episode, I find it interesting that Scott is at his weakest well Lydia, Stiles, and Alison seem to be at there strongest. I can't wait to see hoe Scott reacts to discovering Derek is alive, hopefully it pulls him out of his "depression" over his death. - Dennifer: WTF!!! Derek you dick, Scott nearly dies feeling guilty because he thinks your dead, and your off having naked fun time with the hot new teacher! Dick move! I mean you could of at least picked up the phone and tried to call Scott, Boyd or Isaac! - Boyd, Isaac, Ethan, and Danny: let's start with Boyd, I'm surprised the writers would introduce us to a new character from Boyd's past rather than deal with his guilt over recently killing Erica, maybe that's just me.
Isaac: His fear of being trapped in that freezer is something I wish he would overcome, I feel like using it to hurt Isaac is constantly where the producers immediately jump too.
Danny and Ethan: Everytime we see them together I find myself screaming at the T.V set yelling GET AWAY FROM HIM YOU MONSTER!!! Being one of the few characters left in the dark and still one of my favorites I would love to see Danny get more involved I was a little hoping he would after Jackson left.

Well, I don't think Derek knew Scott was as guilty as he was, and it's not like he could just pick up a phone, especially with the injuries he sustained. He was just recovering, and I don't think we can really fault him for that. XD

Okay I think I'm caught up on this except for Motel California which I'm hoping I will get to watch tonight. I like it so far (season 3) except for the one where they were going to the track meet. I didn't understand what was going on with the so called flashbacks and on the bus. Maybe it was just because it was late at night and should have waited but I heard so much about the MC episode and come to find out that wasn't even the episode (lol). I really liked the S2 finale especially the whole Jackson thing. S3 Spoiler Ideas: I'm sort of thinking that the human sacrifice thing has something to do with Gerard??? I don't know why but I think it does for some reason. I'm probably wrong! I hope Jackson comes back and I think he does but that would be great...and you can almost tell that something BIG is going to happen because they're playing up on some major emotional factors...loke Stiles and his father and their relationship...And Isaac and his friendship with Mccall... I would have to say that the character I'm pulling for to survive is - Isaac! He's grown on me over the course of S2 and now S3. |

That episode was hit or miss for a lot of people. I actually enjoyed the episode. Mind you, it wasn't as good as a lot of the others, but the flashbacks didn't bother me that much. Motel California is something else though... hope you like it. Well, you're probably gonna cry like the rest of us did.
I'm pulling for Isaac too. He's probably my favorite character on the show right now. I don't know when it happened, but it did.

Wow...I want to click that spoiler tag so bad because I didn't watch it last night (frowns) BUT I did watch last weeks episode and that put tears in my eyes. Way to go Stiles! That would be freaking awesome to have a friendship so close and tight like that. Now as far as this weeks episode I'm not sure that I want to see who dies. I have this wild and crazy idea (if someone did die) that it's going to be someone that I grew attached too OR it's going to be someone that I really don't care about!! (Hmm, not to sound mean but just some of the characters don't drive the show of course!) I'm hoping they put the current episode up today so I can watch it |
