Eov Review- Out of Sight, Part 1

I know this is (more than) a little late so sorry. This is the first time I've reviewed so sorry if it's a little crappy. But this vs sounded so interesting I just had to review it. The premise sounds AMAZING and the mythology that you've got seems really developed.

Teaser[

This teaser is just WOW. It jumps straight into the story and action. You get fed so much information and story but not so much that it's hard to take in. Really good writing.

Act One[

The story carries on really well and is so amazing. Brilliant way of projecting it into words as well. I felt so sorry for Marcus even though he was only a minor character. You can really picture these locations in your mind. And so far, I love the fact that while Tori has her little quirks she can also be very serious when she needs to be. Great character.

Act Two[

Gosh, so many more amazing scenes. I really love Cassie and her friendship with Tori, it's really sweet. The scene where they find the message is so exciting but shocking at the same time and really hit me in the gut when I read it.

Act Three[

The Act again follows on amazingly with the story. I can't praise it enough. I love the little pieces of ironic humour. Cassie is hilarious. I love this quote:

ADAM
I’m actually here to see Victoria.
CASSIE
(with fake upset)
Of course you are, no one ever comes
down here just to see me.
VICTORIA
What am I? Chopped liver?
CASSIE
Quiet Honey, I’m trying to throw a
pity party here.

All these cliffhangers! So good and they keep drawing you on to the next act.

Act Four[

Okay, Adam is GENIUS. Literally, and figuratively. I mean the way he did all of the computer work and he's just so awkward it's cute and funny. His crush on Tori is so obvious but also another cute trait about him. The end is so exciting again! I need to carry on reading!

I can't say much about the end other than the fact that I REALLY need to read the next part. BADLY

I love this show and I've been a fan since the first episode originally aired. I just hope if they add more species, they make it a species this time and not just a singular creature.

I love this series! I have always been a fan of witches and vampire diaries minorly patched up that hole in my life until this show came. I am hooked!

It's the year 2040. People are randomly disappearing without explanation. The government want to avoid suspicion and to do this they have created a special team to deal with this. The DRGA: Disappearance Replacement Government Agency. Only this group aren't detectives to track and save these people. Instead they are a group of scientists experimenting with technology to create clones of the people before anyone notices they are gone. These clones look exactly like them, mostly act like them but they are not their true selves; they are controlled by the agency and have no free will. This was flawed in one clone: Monica Hart. After the phase of 'creation' this clone broke free and re-identified itself. Assuming the alias of Tara Brooks and undergoing a complete make-over, she gained a job of a scientist at the DRGA and plans to shut it down from the inside. But the kidnapper has set his sights on her, now she's back on his radar...

Monica Hart had a pretty good life. She lived in one of the best estates in Beverley Hills. She had a lot of money, a swimming pool and a state of the art computer run car and house. She had a nice husband and a circle of loyal friends. Then one day without warning she disappeared on the way back from her niece's 16th Birthday Party. The government association DRGA, found this out quickly and produced a clone to replace her. Only during the creation process there somehow became a flaw. This one controlled itself and had a sense of morality and humanity. This clone broke out and underwent re-identification. Becoming Tara Brooks, the woman moved to a flat in a run-down estate in Boston where the facility is located and became a scientist at the DRGA which she plans to shut down. Previously as Monica Hart she was selfish, hostile and often greedy. Tara Brooks is the opposite and is trying to save clones like her and innocent citizens.



Keller Mann is the mastermind behind the DRGA, and also President of the company. He discovered the secret of cloning whilst studying science in university. Since this has past he became quickly aware of the many people disappearing and the government had no other choice on such short notice: they turned to Keller. His secret organization though his not his only one. He also runs the million dollar organization Mann Industries, famous for creating many current technologies. He is selfish and greedy; Tara often reminisces that if Monica was around, she'd be the perfect partner for him. He can be strict but no threatening, though he may have gone to extreme measures for money...



Dana Hart is Monica's older sister's daughter. Monica disappeared after leaving her 16th birthday party. After she suddenly disappeared, Dana has become the most suspicious of the family regarding it and is trying every-way to track down Monica: her favourite aunt. After discovering the People's Guild she fled her million-dollar family penthouse in Beverly Hills to become a member of The PG and live on the streets. Tara is trying to avoid her in fear she will recognize her. Dana is a street-smart calculating young woman who makes up for what she lacks in knowledge with bravery.

Rose Mane is a double-agent detective. She works for the DRGA to find when people are missing but also works for secret underground association, The Peoples Guild dedicated to actually finding the missing people. Not much is known about her personal life or if she has a family or social life. Her personality is very inquisitive and never believes there is only one straightforward answer to everything. She is also very stubborn and it is unknown on who's side her loyalties really lie on.


Monica Hart's husband from home. He was quite different from Monica in the fact that whilst she was greedy and bitchy he was more modest and didn't blow his money on useless things like she often did. Know that Monica has disappeared he doesn't seem bothered and in fact has already moved on with his life...

Monica Hart is attending her niece's birthday party when on her way home she disappears. A government facility quickly discover this and using her DNA begin to create a replacement.

It's a month after Tara broke out of the DRGA and she now works there undercover. Meanwhile in Beverley Hills, Dana makes a discovery and begins to put her own plan into action.
